I’ve owned 4 of these so far. Only had issues with 2 of them; one where the plastic broke, the other where a key popped off and broke. It’s a good keyboard, but not as durable as I need for my purposes. I suggest buying the replacement insurance.

Ipad does not stay in place when opened and using the keyboard. No apple pencil holder. Then again, the cases made by Apple don't have a built-in holder for the apple pencil.

I got it because it can hold the pen. It is an ok build, but is already showing signs of wear. It types decent, just don't think it is worth the price. One side of the iPad is not protected and the cover is already ripping.

Great keyboard except plastic piece that holds the ipad broke very shortly after buying. It is a very thin piece and I should have noticed this when I bought it.

Keyboard stopped functioning after five months. The light doesn’t work either. It’s basically an iPad case. Don’t waste your money on this piece of garbage. Seems like it’s happening to a lot of customers.

Loved the keyboard for about 5 days. For some unknown reason after that, I could only type in my Notes app. I couldn't send an email, search the web, or do any business work because it would not type ANYTHING. I took it back to Best Buy and already my warranty was up but they switched it out for a new one anyway. However, I tried the brand new one out of the box, in the store and it did the exact same thing!! I ended up going with the apple keyboard but I have not enjoyed it nearly as much as I did the first 5 days of the Logitech keyboard. Extremely disappointing

Purchased this because it works well for my iPad. Had some functions that stopped working. At the store, the response was it must be due to an update, and not compatible. Bummer

keyboard connects easily, but case is really bulky. ended up getting a slip case and connect just the keyboard with i need to do a lot of typing

After a year its key functions are not working and connecting issues also

This keyboard is functional and compatible with the IPad. Requires different USB cable than IPad to charge.

There are more keys on the keyboard than the usual keyboard, with no directions on what they are for or how to use them. Also I cannot get the board to light up and stay lit while I am thinking of what else I would like to enter. And the key to cap letters on the left side does not allow me to capitalize and it remains on while I am using the computer. I think I made a mistake when making this purchase.

Connects right away. Have had it for 4 months and had no issues. Key board is comfortable and good tactical response.

Keyboard works good, but the first time in fell off my lap the cover fell off offering no protection for the IPad itself. Fortunately it fell onto a soft surface and there was no damage. I guess I wil have to figure out someway to affix the IPad to the cover to prevent it falling out. I would not buy this product again as it offer little or no security for the IPad

I am a fan of Logitech and have purchased many items in the past and will continue to do so in the future, however, I am returning this item due to: 1) The power on/off button is very hard to press. 2) After one week the iPad started slipping out of the case and lost contact with the keyboard.

After using this for a few days, it wasn't the keyboard/case I was in search of for my new iPad Pro.

There is nothing at all wrong with this keyboard/case but I just decided I liked another one better.

Does not work as advertised. Keyboard won’t connect nor will it stay attached to my iPad.

I really liked this keyboard, it has great features and a good deal overall. The only bad thing about it is the quality. I bought the item and barely used it, within 5 days some of the backlights broke and stopped working

I liked it but the screen wouldn't shut off so my battery would drain quickly on iPad.
