◦Very functional keyboard. Response feels at least as good a the Apple Keyboard cover and the 2016 and 2015 versions of the MacBook Pro. ◦Dedicated keyboard buttons for volume, brightness, audio controls, etc. all nice. Also real Apple CMD buttons which has allowed the common key combos I've tried to work as expected on any Apple keyboard-endowed device (e.g., CMD-C, CMD-V) ◦Backlight is super useful ◦No need for extra charger plus and seems to draw very little from the iPad's power supply ◦Pencil holder slot is great/secure, but pencil also rests at top of keyboard when you need both hands to type and the magnetic latch that holds the iPad docked also grabs the Pencil - did not expect this. ◦Case doesn't seem to affect the speakers or access to buttons (in fact, volume button access is arguably better with the case because the case's oversized buttons are bigger and clearly indicate + and -. ◦Only downsides I've noticed: •Obviously makes the iPad Pro much, much thicker to carry. That also gives it substantial protection. •There is no comfortable way to fold the keyboard back on itself to use the iPad in a 'traditional' tablet sense; I.e., holding it in one hand using fingers or Pencil in the other. I find I need to pop the iPad out of the case if I want to do that. •Occasionally I don't get a key stroke to register. It may be worth noting I haven't noticed it happen in any Apple app, but it has happened maybe 4 times in 20 hours of use on third party apps. It's also possible it happened because I was using it on my lap instead of a solid surface and the connection to the iPad might have been disrupted. I will keep an eye on it.

I read the reviews and some people were not happy as with any product, so I was a bit apprehensive.. I found this case/keyboard to be everything I expected and more. First of all I had looked at a lot of Bluetooth keyboards that were more expensive. This one linked into the iPad directly so it does not need batteries to change or linking problems with Bluetooth. Another plus is that this one looks and feels great. It worked immediately when I put my iPad into it. I have the 2016 iPad PRO model (9.7 inch) and it fits perfectly. Right down to the camera/flash and speaker holes. I love the way this one links into the iPad and has a lighted keyboard. To me those features are a great plus. It also turns off automatically when you shut the case up and back on when I open it up again. I have used it for two days and there does not seem to be any significant loss of battery life on the iPad. The keypad is a great size and it has a good feel. The layout and the touch is very good. Some had said a symbol or two were in a different location but I do not notice any problems with the touch typing I am doing right now. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I tell all my friends. The case feels solid an I feel my iPad is secure. The texture of the case gives a good grip and feel and the blue color is elegant. The only thing I noticed that might be a negative is that the arrow keys in the lower right are not all lit up. The “arrow right” key does not seem to be illuminated. It is not a problem for me as the other three keys are lit and they outline the right key so it is easy to hit. I have tried to find other things that did not function as expected but I cannot find anything. I do not think I need a screen protector as the case closes in such a way that the screen is protected. I hope you enjoy this case/keyboard as much as I do.

If you have an iPad Pro this is the keyboard case you want. Trust me. The keys feel amazingly good to type on and you don't feel like you're compromising by using it. Space for the Apple Pencil which is convenient. It does add substantial bulk to the skinny little iPad, but for me it's so worth it. You neve need to worry about charging the thing since it gets its juice from the iPad itself, a very cool feature. It's also quite handy to have a backlit keyboard when lighting is low. The keyboard will work whether or not Bluetooth is on, so you can still have a Bluetooth device connected , such as a wireless headphone or speaker, while using the keyboard. I give this a strong endorsement. Logitech did a really great job on this product.

Had an external keyboard for an older iPad and was looking for something for the new iPad Pro. Reviews on this were positive and my experience has been excellent. No battery to charge = one less cable I have to carry. Sleeve for the pencil = one less thing I have to keep track of. Textured cover = easy to grasp. When not using the keyboard the iPad sits on top of the keyboard at a slight but appropriate angle. Costs a bit more than other keyboard cases, but worth it.

Great keyboard that attaches with the Smart Connector to power it. Doesn't require batteries and the backlight on they keyboard comes in handy!

The smart connector makes this a beautifully easy keyboard to use and the backlighting makes writing in the subdued lighting of a room in the evening. I have not noticed a significant drain on the battery of the iPad when using this keyboard, even with the backlighting turned up. The case portion protects the iPad Pro quite nicely as well.

Since I upgraded to an iPad Pro from an iPad Air, I needed a new case (new iPad is slightly larger). I typically go for Logitech cases and wanted something similar to what I had with my iPad Air. This new case seems to have longer battery life and the keyboard and magnetic holder for the upright position are the same as my previous Logitech case.

Taking it's charge from the iPad itself Turning itself on/off when in/not in use Backlit keys Lightweight All equal a super convenient and highly functional keyboard and case. I had a prior Logi keyboard which required being turned on/off, and separate charging. It got used more as a screen cover than a keyboard. Not this one!! Only reason it doesn't get a 5 is that sometimes if the iPad isn't seated in the groove just so, it doesn't make the right connection to activate the keyboard. Nothing a very minor shift can't solve.

It is light protects the pad and carries the pencil very securely. took it on travel and it is great. like the fact that needs no charging because it takes the power off the iPad itself. and incredibly, does not affect the battery life. best case and the price is somewhat high but well worth it. better keyboard than the apple one and it is the same price. and much better.

I bought a new iPad Pro and got this cover/keyboard to complement it. I have been very pleased with the Logitech. It makes typing on the iPad so easy. And, it has a lighted keypad! Best of all, it runs off the iPad battery so there is no need for replacement batteries or recharging the keyboard as with one competing product I first tried. I love it!!

Best iPad keyboard ever!! Doesn't use bluetooth and never needs charging. It uses the battery from the iPad to charge. When it is connected, they keyboard works and when it is disconnected, you can use the on screen keyboard. There are many hot keys. Makes my iPad more like a laptop. I use this daily!!

This is by far the best keyboard and case I have ever owned for an iPad! It does everything I ever wanted and requires no charging nor silly cords and best of all, a much needed holder for my Apple Pencil! Trying not to take it for granted. It it's far superior to the Apple offerings.

has to be the best keypad made for an ipad. Having it back lit was a big bonus. Would be nice to have more levels for it but all in all the keyboard is solid and the cover very easy to hold and looks great. Weight is great too. Battery life seems to be great too.

I love this keyboard. It turns my iPad Pro into a little laptop. The keys feels great to type on. It is very stable, doesn't feel like it's going to fall over. The backlight is also great, and I love that there is no battery to charge.

I wasn't sure I wanted to spend this much for an Ipad keyboard/case but I am glad I did. This is a great product. Solid construction, crisp keys that are lighted and uses your Ipad batter to power it. It was a great choice.

This is a great and very functional case. It protects well my iPad and the keyboard is very well built, and typing on it is great. So far, the battery lasts for the whole day. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.

I loved the keyboard it worked perfect fully on my moms ipad. I love how it has the backlight keyboard feature and you dont have to charge the keyboard due to the smart connector.

Easy to use with the iPad Pro. No need to charge it. It is connected to the iPad magnetically. The light comes on when attached to the iPad allowing to type in the dark.
