Love the keyboard. Easy to use. Have to make sure the ipad snaps into the case otherwise it will fall out. . Charging the ipad while in the keyboard case can be frustrating because the connection doesn't always hold.

Great cover for the iPad. Simple. Requires no charging. Better than the other one that I previously bought which required charging. Outside cover is ‘basic’ but keyboard works flawlessly.

This is a great case my only gripe is that it will not charge while I am using the tablet. It will only charge while the case is closed. This was my second case, I had to contact customer support because the first one would not charge at all, they sent a replacement without question.

I really like this keyboard since it's cheaper than normal apple keyboard. Couple thing I don't like about it is that it drained my ipad battery and my ipad won't charge when i use the keyboard. But overall i would still recommend.

I wish the backlit keyboard would stay on and not just come on once you've started typing. Multiple charging issues with this...iPad will not charge if connected via smart connect. I may need to return/exchange if it continues.

Great product works perfect every time ! It is the best way to be efficient with the I pad pro. No more Bluetooth or charging required. Turns your tablet into a computer you can carry with you.

Pretty solid case/keyboard. Had some charging issues, but seemed to have been more in user error. Otherwise, pretty good product.

The iPad case works less than half the time. Most of the time the iPad will not charge in the case.

Originally I was pleased with the product, but now you cannot charge the iPad Pro while it is docked on the smart connector, this defeats most of the purpose. This is a major problem and research proves there are many other customers upset with this case issue. Logitech support has gone silent on any solution.
