This is a really good keyboard short of a really minor shorcoming. It is hardly enough to really mention, but might be helpful for folks that buy this keyboard. It takes a few seconds to really connect before you can use it once it is physically connected to the iPad’s smart connector. The keys have a great feel and there are several options to the keyboard that are very useful. For one, the keyboard is backlit and can be dimmed or turned off. This is nice as with the screen lit up you do not really need the keys always lit.

Good key pad that goes well with I Pad Pro 9.7. Occasionally loses contact with tablet but easily reconnects. I like the fact that it has a cover for both I pad and keyboard.

Great keyboard and protective case. No power cord required and the keyboard is backlit. Would have rated it 5 stars except when I read in bed the keyboard and screen lose connection a bit so have to jiggle to get to work.

This keyboard is very handy and helpful to use. Much easier to use if you are a seasoned typist. The only problem I have had is that once in awhile it seems to lose contact with the iPad. It's only happened 2 - 3 times, but that is annoying. I usually have to do a complete shut-down and restart to use it again. Other than those few times, I love it--and use it a lot!

Keyboard has a nice deal, occasionally need 2 try's to connect. Is less ideal for use in portrait mode and doesn't cover the bottom of the iPad when open. Otherwise a great product, but others have run into issues with the screen if you don't also have a screen protector(not included)

Overall good. Pros: Nice backlit keys. Cons: Keyboard does not always stay connected to the ipad but may be a function of the Apple connector. Bulkier than the Apple keyboard but Apple does not have backlit keys.

I love my Logitech Create Keyboard. My only problem is that this is the second one I purchased. The original one I bought only lasted about four months before it stopped connecting to the iPad. I love that its a small protective case and I love the way that it types. I'm just waiting to see if I have the same problem with this. If I do I won't buy another one. I read several other consumer complaints about it despite all the good reviews.

Comfortable for typing but it doesn’t always connect with the iPad

I really like the keyboard. It's easy to use and its not super bulky. I like it because it not very heavy either, being a student i already have enough bulk with books and other materials.The only thing I don't like is at certain angles my iPad will lose a connection to the keyboard but that doesn't happen often at all.

I love this keyboard. The only problem i have is it sometimes stops working and if it's still connected the on screen keyboard wont come up. Restarting usually helps, and its not all the time. I still use it a lot

This is my second keyboard for my IPad my husband got me for Christmas, 1st one was Bluetooth connection and after 1 time wouldn't connect again, this one works every time!

I really like that this case lights up but if you want to use your iPad in portrait mode its not the best to hold on to. It also has to be right in the perfect spot to connect.

expensive and not worth the money. it does what it's to be expected but does not protect ipad from falls, your ipad will pop out and the keys as well. sometime the ipad won't register it's been connected so you have to turn off your ipad completely and restart it

Great when it works but having to constantly reconnect to the iPad by resetting the iPad. Annoying.

Love having an actual keyboard for my iPad, but sometimes it doesn't connect right away.

As a keyboard it's okay sometimes my iPad doesn't want to connect to it and I don't know why it's probably something I'm doing. But don't expect it to be a good case it just isn't the iPad is unprotected from one side when it is open.

It’s ok for some reason it doesn’t always work and then I have to use the touch on the ipad

I've used Logitech Bluetooth keyboards for years with my iPads, this was my first smart connector keyboard. Although it worked great after about a month I noticed the connection was starting to glitch, causing my iPad to have static like lines on it, almost as if were a bad connection. After 2 more weeks my iPad is doing it all the time. Luckily apple returned it for a brand new one, however I put my new IAd in the the Logitech and it glitched out immediately and bricked it in 2 hours. Wow, 2 iPads in 2 month ruined. Not good Logitech. I'm going back to Bluetooth.

Connection was inconsistent with iPad. And the ability to utilize the virtual keyboard were limited. Except after rebooting the iPad, after a while this became frustrating. Additionally, no easy way to incorporate emojis.

After a year its key functions are not working and connecting issues also
