I touch type. So the regular ipad presented many problems. With this keyboard I am able to type in a more accurate manner. The throw of the keys is quite nice. good feedback. and the board does not feel too small either. The keyboard does add some weight, but the functionality that is added sure makes up for it. And yes, I can type with the keyboard on my lap, unsuopported. Very nice. The berry color is more on the hot pink side, and the textue of the case is very much like an old airline seat.

Logitech Keyboard Case: The case is sturdy and made of classy looking navy blue fabric. The keyboard is backlit and smooth plastic, navy with white lettering. The reduced-sized keyboard is still comfortable for typing, and faster than using the one on the screen. I would give it 5 stars if the sale price was the usual price and if it were a bit lighter in weight. I'm glad to have it to complete my iPad. Merry Christmas to me.

If you have an iPad Pro this is the keyboard case you want. Trust me. The keys feel amazingly good to type on and you don't feel like you're compromising by using it. Space for the Apple Pencil which is convenient. It does add substantial bulk to the skinny little iPad, but for me it's so worth it. You neve need to worry about charging the thing since it gets its juice from the iPad itself, a very cool feature. It's also quite handy to have a backlit keyboard when lighting is low. The keyboard will work whether or not Bluetooth is on, so you can still have a Bluetooth device connected , such as a wireless headphone or speaker, while using the keyboard. I give this a strong endorsement. Logitech did a really great job on this product.

A little pricey, but I could not imagine my iPad without it. In addition to functionality, it offers total protection without adding too much weight. Once you use the Smart Connector you’ll never want to touch a Bluetooth keyboard again.

I wanted a keyboard for my iPad but did not want to spend the money on the Apple one. This one was on sale at the time. I mainly liked it because of the backlight feature and that it had a spot for the Apple pencil. I do like this keyboard and how easy the keys are. My only complaint is that it adds just a little extra weight to the iPad all together. Not that it's a huge downfall I just don't like the extra bulk.

Suits my purposes to a tee. Like the versatility and place for an Apple pen. Backlighting is another plus. Wish it was a little lighter though.

The Logitech keypad for the iPad Pro uses the quick connect and provides a full key pad with short cuts. The response feel of the keys and spacing is first rate. The quality is excellent and provides full protection. While it does add a bit of weight the total with iPad is under 2 lbs. I like the full protection and don't mind the extra ounces to protect my investment

The Logitech Create adds the perfect keyboard to the Ipad Pro 9.7. It protects the tablet with the cover, connect effortlessly when needed, and does not add a lot of weight. When not needed it folds comfortably out of the way. All in all, it is the perfect addition to my Ipad Pro.

This is BY FAR one of the best iPad keyboards I've had, and I've tried many over the years with many different ipad models. Yes, it adds a little weight...but the protection and functionality it affords is well worth it, and it looks pretty sweet, too! :-)

Love this and got it on clearance so it was a steal of a deal. I removed a star for two reasons: 1)it adds quite a bit of weight to the iPad 2) I noticed that my battery drains a lot quicker with it connected. And I always keep the LED keyboard light off so that's not the reason. But otherwise it works great and I love it.

This case is perfect for my needs. Keyboard is as good as my MacBook Pro. It has a responsive touch, although a lighter touch is needed than my laptop. Love the volume keys and extra row of keys that the Apple keyboard doesn't have. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a while to pair with the iPad. I've found when this happens, the level or angle it sits on my lap needs to be adjusted for some reason. I almost returned it until I figured out the quirks. Always works perfect on a desk. It's sturdy and not bulky. I found the Apple keypad to be too flimsy for me, but it is lighter and thinner.

After 2 months of using this keyboard case, I can say I really love it! It has very good tactile and feedback, just like the one on MacBook Pro. Plus, the backlit and function keys make it even more handy. The Apple Pencil holder does its work. However, it has some downsides. First, it's kind of heavy. It doubles the weight of you iPad Pro. Second, it makes it hard to use when in portrait mode. If these issues don't bother you, then this keyboard case is perfect.

Great all in one keyboard/case, and I love the Apple Pencil slot. The material of the outside of the case is nice too, because I hate fingerprints. It's not as heavy as I thought it would be, and it's actually more comfortable to hold in portrait mode than the Smart Keyboard. This is the best iPad keyboard I've typed with, and especially better than Bluetooth keyboards.

A strong durable case for your iPad Pro. The keyboard action is light but positive. I have a ZAGG equivalent that I love for my older iPad and was going to get a similar model for my new Pro but user feedback indicates extreme unreliability with the hinge. I took a chance on the Logitech and I'm very happy with it. It is very rugged but of course not the lightest, sleekest option. I like the way the case folds back on itself if you want to take it off the stand and lay in the flat position. Other cases do a 180 degree fold back forcing you to put the keyboard on the table, your lap or what ever surface you are working on. The Logitech does a double fold keeping the keyboard facing up under the iPad keeping it clean and out of the way. The double fold does not allow the iPad to lay flat but came to see this as a plus having a slight angle for better viewing. Since it uses the iPad power connections the keyboard is "off" as soon as you fold it. Also, no need to ever charge the keyboard. I'd buy it again and I recommend it.

Great case and keyboard. KeyBank connects with no need for Bluetooth or wires, which is the main reason I got it and a pen holder. It is on the heavy side, but if you went lighter probably would not come with a pen holder. If you find a lighter one with a pen holder let me know.

The Logitech keyboard case is a little heavier than the Apple keyboard case, which is no big deal for me. It works the same as the as the Apple product, and has the added feature of keyboard lighting up when you are using it, for a few dollars less than Apple's keyboard case.

I also own the Apple keyboard and like this one so much more. From the convenient holder for the Apple Pencil to the lighted keyboard it is great. It does add some weight and can be too much when on your lap but the iPad does quickly and easily snap out of the case.

I returned it, because even though the backlit keyboard is great, it's terrible when you fold it back and try to write on the screen with the Apple Pencil. It's bulky, heavy and doesn't sit flat.

I wanted the keyboard for ease of use and the protection for travel. It does both well. I do wish that there was a lighter-weight alternative with full functionality.

I have the Apple keyboard and it works great it's light weight and no issues with connections. Now bought the Logitech and only issue is the weight. Other than that it provides great protection
