lacks lifespan

Beware of the two year warranty. I have had mine for 2 years and 4 months. Just stopped working, barely after warranty expired. Very disappointed because I love the look of the headset and other Logitech products, but am hesitant to purchase from them again due to the convenient timing of the issue with my headset. The product does not have longevity, do not purchase unless you are planning to have to replace it within a couple of years.

The worst set of headphone ive bought in 10 years. Audio quality is SIGNIFICANTLY worse than other gaming headsets at cheaper prices. If you wear glasses the lights on the front will reflect on your lens basically blinding you. They get dirty extremely easily.

Uncomfortable, can’t really adjust to fit properly. I only used it for a couple of days and put them away. Do not recommend them.

NO SIDETONE FOR PS4

No side-tone/mic monitorying for PS4, only PC. If you enable it on PC then plug in to PS4, it temporarily works. Once you power off and power back on, it no longer works.
Hello Jeremy, we are sorry to hear that the G733 headset did not meet your expectations. The G733 Lightspeed wireless headset comes with a bunch of extra features that unfortunately, are only compatible with PC. This includes the Side tone feature. The reason why it won't work with your PS4, is because the headset needs the G-Hub software in order to know what features you have on and off. And unfortunately, the G-Hub software is not available for PlayStation. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Microphone broke after a year

The microphone voice quality dropped sharply a little after a year of use. This seems to be cheap and faulty hardware
