This is my first and favorite Logitech headset. I love it even more than my newer one. I've used it religiously for 2 years now. I highly recommend it

That said, I am never giving Logitech another dime. I'll start with the G Hub application, since that's quick and easy. Garbage to install, garbage to update, garbage to use, and garbage to uninstall. Now for the headset. The audio quality and microphone are serviceable, but the battery life is a flat out lie. Barring that, I have had an on and off issue for the entire duration of my ownership where it is constantly cutting in and out, losing reception to its receiver, and constantly having issues. I sit right next to my PC, and thus the receiver. And yet, I'm still having issues. I have tried troubleshooting in every conceivable way. I have plugged it into different USB ports, tried a USB hub, ensured they were charged, ensured up to date drivers, and yet, nothing. Spend your money elsewhere if you plan on owning them for more than a few weeks. Logitech has become a garbage company in the last few years, and it shows.

Static Noises- Every 20 Minutes!

About 20 minutes after taking it out of the box, there was a slight static noise coming from both sides. I say slight because it wasn’t deafening, but it made it impossible to play video games or watch anything. I had to turn the headset off and back on. After that it sounded fine, until another 20 minutes went by. Then, the same thing- static noises from both sides. Every 20 minutes I had to restart the headset. I emailed with Logitech for a few days, followed steps they provided to see if anything could help- nothing did. A hard reset, changing usb ports, and other ideas were all for nothing. So yesterday, 3/29/24, I exchanged it. Silly me, I got the exact same headset because I really like the design and comfortability, and sound quality. BUT, this new headset #2 does the SAME static sound. I will be returning it tomorrow and getting a brand new, different brand headset. Very upsetting, but I tried twice so oh well.
