    I purchased this Logitech G923 Racing Wheel & Pedals for Xbox Series as a birthday present for my son. He was very excited to receive it & set it up. A few days later, my son related to me that a cable had a cut in it and it eventually disrupted the function of the device. We both were disappointed, but Bestbuy, true to its policy & customers' satisfaction, accepted the return without issues, and a refund was promptly posted to my Bestbuy charge card. If the Device had not been faulty, it certainly would have received 5 stars, but I understand that it's common during mass productions, some items may not receive the full quality control inspections & ends up with less satisfactory reviews from those who end up buying them. My son reported that in the few days that the wheel & pedals functioned properly, it made his car-racing gaming experience on his Xbox very enjoyable, so please do not be discouraged by this review. Just examine the product well once you receive it, use it often during the return period to find out flaws or defects, if any.
