Don’t buy from best buy

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy’s return policy is a joke. 14 days, most people order online to ship to home and do not have time for extra stuff. Most stores will give you 30-60 days with the receipt. This is the second Logitech headset that I have the receipt for that you would not take back because it was past 14 days. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

They make fantastic products and this headset works for me for working from home. The only knock is that it is smaller than it looks on the app/site. I thought that the sides for the ears would have been bigger per the app/site, but they're not! Overall a great product!

Great but not for me

After a while it started to hurt my ears, I normal use larger earcuffs so my ears were not use to using an over the ears headphone. Everything else is great, sounds good and the mic is clear. The style of headphones are not for me but if you has used to over the ear headphones I would recommend.
