Just needed a basic USB headset. Read the reviews and talked w/my boss. He recommended this pair. Happy with 'em. I don't wear them all day, but I do work from home and it's easier than holding onto a phone receiver and trying to do a screencast.

This is a replacement for a similar pair of headphones I use at work. They sound great, are nicely priced and last for years of use.

The sound is good but they made my ear hurt not sure why. They have a good amount of cushion but they may be to small for my ears.

Duty calls and customers do too. I work from home so this was a great asset for what I needed.

Love my headset! The instructions didn’t really explain how to mute them, but when it’s blinking that means it’s muted. If it’s not, you’re being heard. Hope it helps, love them!

It works well for my job but if I was going to buy over again, I would buy a higher up model with more adjustable features. For $26 it works really well.

Ive never had a problem with these and dont us ethem a whole lot, but have served their purpose and have no complaints

The sound quality was good and the price was great, but I returned them because they felt too tight on my ears

Ear comfort was poor the first couple of times I used them. It got better over time, but still not great. Sound quality is fine.

Overall good heads at plug and play the only thing for me would be the microphone it’s not flexible the hard plastic on it worries me that it’s going to break

My wife currently works from home and her old set started cutting in and out. Found these for a great price, easy setup and with a small change in settings she was off like normal.

Works well, just wish the mute button had red and green light instead of red and blinking red.

Those items I bought from best buy are good and functions perfectly.

I have a Windows 8.1 PC and was looking for something my son could use while Skyping and recording. These headset worked fine the first day but when he tried to use them the next day they no longer worked (could not hear anything as Windows no longer recognized the headset). We unplug and re-plugged them in and that worked for a day and then the same thing happened again. We tried this several times over the next few days and tried Googling a work around but no luck. So we ended up returning them. We'll see if we can find something better.

I like using this headset, but the cable part that extends from the headset to the volume adjust control is thinner and more fragile than the rest of the cable and has a tendency to break and have wires detach. The detach point is where it attaches to the headset or where it attaches to the volume control. This would be my 3rd headset where this happened, got each replaced under warranty, though.
