I purchased these headphones for a student to use for speech to text voice recording. They do a perfect job of capturing the speaker's voice and also cancelling out much of the background classroom noise. Very useful!

The house cancelling works great. I wish I had gone with earbuds or something a little less clunky because they make my ears sweat and I look funny on my zoom meetings. But they work great.

I started a podcast and quickly discovered I needed a decent noise cancelling usb headset. I bought this on because of the noise cancelling properties. My only complaint is that I can't move the mic so it can sit on my right side.

Use these for language learning programs. Hearing is perfect and sound quality is great. Microphone works very well and has no issues where others made me miss questions as they did not transmit speech very good. Good value for the money and comfortable to wear.

Satisfied with this purchase. Headphones are comfortable and the easy access to the volume control, is a plus.
It sounds like your mic was working fine initially but then stopped, so try checking the mic settings, updating drivers, testing the mic on another device, or reinstalling the software to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue is persistent, please reach out to Logi support.
