I bought these for my brother who is taking an online college course. When the class went to Zoom classes and meetings, he realized he need a good, comfortable headset with a mike. After research he had me get this for him. He loves it. Headset is comfortable, and the sound is just what he needs. The price was very good.

I almost didn't buy this because of the mixed reviews I read on Amazon but bought it for my wife at best buy anyway and figured I would return it if she didnt like it. Well so far she has used it on three different computers (all running Windows 10) and she loves it! At first she said people on the other end were complaining that she sounded far away. All I had to do to fix this was change the microphone to default in windows sound settings. You may not even have to do this unless you already have another device with microphone plugged in like I did (oculus rift s vr headset). So this was not the problem if the headset, just my PC settings. Otherwise the sound in both ends is great. My wife is a interpreter so she uses this for work and she has been very pleased with it. I actually listened to music on it the other day and was surprised by how good it sounded. It is not the most attractive headset I ever seen but it is very functional and a great value for the low price!

Excellent headphones. The product is the best headset I have ever used. The sound and microphone quality is very good. Most importantly it does NOT hurt your ears with prolonged use. You extend the head gear to maximum and let them dangle by your ears, so there is very light contact. Thank You.

This headset has met my expectations. Sound is clear, head part is comfortable. USB is convenient.

The Logitech H540 On-Ear USB Headset is very comfortable to wear and delivers really good audio. The microphone works well and has the added advantage of flipping out of sight when not in use or for storage purposes. If you don't mind a corded headset, this is the one for you!

I've had two pairs of these now (the first pairs usb plugin messed up which I'd consider my fault). The sound quality is really nice and most importantly they are very comfortable on the ears and head. My second pair doesn't seem to be quite as loud as my first microphone wise but that could also be default microphone settings with my new laptop which I have not checked yet. Overall, very good product from Logitech.

I love the headset, the only thing I don't like is if I have it on too long it makes my ears tender. Love the sound quality, it doesn't pick up background noise, the ring lights up red when Mute is on, and absolutely love the volume controls being on the ear!

Great sound quality and comfortable for all day use. I used these as a phone headset connected to my laptop via a soft phone so I can work from home and I haven't experienced any issues on my end nor have I gotten any complains about clarity from my customers.

The sounds are clear and people can hear me well. No static or feedback. The mic picks up everything around you. They are comfortable and easy to adjust to your head. Good price and value for the cost.

I use the headset regularly for Skype calls. Good sound, and the other side seems to hear me clearly. The earphones can make your ears a bit sore after a long time, but overall, it's exactly what I expected...good quality low-cost USB headset.

Wear headphones 8 hours a day working remotely. Sound is good and sooooooooooo much better than the company issued pair. Like the padded ears and headband. Would recommend.

I love the headset, but the in-line indicator light for the microphone mute/unmute button, stops working after about a year to year and a half. This is my forth headset, and with all four, that light stops working so you don't know if you're muted, or not. I've had the protection plan, so they will replace it, but one time it was right after the two year warranty expired, so I had to buy it again. :( Other than that, its a great headset and very comfortable to wear.

I bought these for use at work and liked them so much that I now use them for gaming instead. The sound is good but not great. The controls are located on the right ear piece, easy to use and intuitive. A bright red led built into the cable tells you when the mic is muted. I plugged these into my Windows 10 machine and they simply worked. No need to load drivers or do anything more. Windows 10 automatically routed 'communications' to the headset but I have to manually change over the system sound to the headset to switch from speakers for gaming. The only negative I have is that these sit on your ears with a decent amount of pressure. Over time it becomes tiring. I would prefer larger cups that go around my ears but for the price and quality, this is a minor issue.

Easy plug and play installation. Becomes sweaty and uncomfortable after a couple hours of use. No complaints from my audience on sound quality of my voice coming through. Sound quality is decent for gaming, but I would not recommend for quality music or movie use. Overall, for my use, I enjoy this headset, but after a couple hours of use, I tend to change my playback settings to my speaker to take a break from wearing them. Only design complaint I have is tied to the mute and volume buttons are on the side of the headset, meaning if you are wearing them, you have to feel for the mute button. There is a LED indicator on the headset wire that will tell you if you are mute, but it would be nice if the buttons and the light were on the same toggle. I feel like I am looking for my baseball with my hand up to my ear and my neck cocked down looking at the light.

I did my research and this product lived up to the reviews. I work an office desk job and I'm on the phone 6 hours out of the day. The clarity, background noise, and comfort of this headset is great. Also with USB it never cuts out. Well worth it thr price. Very easy to use and integrate into your PC / VOIP

The best affordable headset I have ever bought. I use it for web conferencing and I love the bright red mute notification on the wire, and the volume control on the right speaker. The sound is clear and loud, the mic is exceptional, the quality of the build is pretty good, very comfy.. Great job Logitech!

I like this headset. Good value for the price. It is comfortable though a bit too big for my head. I like the volume and mute buttons on the ear part of the headset. Sound is excellent. It would be a plus if the cord was more flexible.
