I purchased this to use with the Amazon Echo. For that purpose it functions ok but I find myself using my smart phone more than the voice control at present time. I will update in the future when I have more time to mess with it but as far as the the product, would buy again!

We probably don't use this device to its fullest extent and that is because we really don't fully understand the connectivity. However, we do have it set up for Amazon Echo to turn our TV on and off. I wish it came with instructions - its difficult to understand.

Shop around... if you are getting Harmony buy Advil as well. It’s Not a bad system or concept as a whole just not expanded and taken care of enough. Not the most user friendly or responsive units and finding out the neccessary programming is not the easiest either... it’s robust and don’t get me wrong after about 2 months of setup/ tweaking it works I’d say 75% of the time without issue... but realistically there are more developed, easier, and more user friendly systems out now that may be a better fit

I really do enjoy this device. It makes controlling my tv through Alexa very easy. The setup process isnt the easiest but if you have any know how with tech you can manage just fine.

I bought this specifically to use with my smartthings hub via alexa (to call out "start movie time" and my projector turns on, screen comes down, lights dim, and stereo turns on) and it does that fairly well...but half the time it'll forget to turn the stereo on or put the lights in the appropriate setting. I'm not sure the fault lies with Harmony or Smartthings, but there's an issue somewhere, and smartthings general works pretty well, so I guess I assume it's end Harmony's end. Maybe it'll get more solid with firmware upgrades.

Great piece of hardware and software, just take your time configuring everything, it is a pain but the end result is great. Adding to the Smartthings system makes it even better.

I bought this to accompany my Harmony Ultimate One remote. I can use the hub with my phone or my tablet and have pared it with my remote. The combination is great. It was easy to set up and easy to use. You don't need the remote to use it.

I've had this for just under two months with no problems. Easy to set up, learning curve on how to use this is very low, mostly straight forward. We know where our smart phones are, so no searching for the stand alone universal remote when someone else uses it.

This works perfectly with my Amazon Echo Show. I can turn the Television on and off, direct it to the correct channel, etc. It does most everything I can do with the remote and works seamlessly with tablets and cell phones. Highly recommend!

As the owner of a Logitech "Harmony Ultimate" universal remote, I've always had the occasional missed action in an activity because I wasn't pointing the remote right at the device. With the "Harmony Hub" however this is no longer a problem as when paired to the remote it blasts out the IR signal and not the remote and boy does it blast out that signal. But wait, there's more! I recently started using Amazon "Echo" devices in my home and with the ability to add "skills" to "Alexa", I can now tell it to "turn on TV" and it tells the hub to perform the same activity that I can do with the remote as well as change channels, adjust volume, etc. I highly recommend the Harmony Hub to every Harmony Remote owner out there. You will not be disappointed.

I like being able to control all my devices from my phone. However, it is slower than just using the actual remotes for each device. Overall, it works well enough.
