This does not come with a hub, so you cannot use your mobile phone as well. Ended up not knowing this and will have to get a hub seperately. Best Buy had a great price on this remote, for $100 though.

Set up was simple enough.. The remote is easy to navigate and customize. I ended up returning the remote as the battery life was sub-par (needed to be recharged every three days) and the layout of the pause/play buttons was awkward. They are situated at the top of the control which meant whenever you wanted to press it you'd end up accidentally hitting the touch screen.. If you can get past that little inconvenience and the poor battery life it's not a bad little remote..

this remote works very well at turning everything on the first time. you can be 10- 20 ft away and every thing works well. the set up was very easy and syn it was a snap.

Overall I think it works well if you spend a bit of time inputting all you components. Main negative is that the battery dies suddenly requiring a frequent recharge....so don't toss your old remotes.

Good solution to combining remotes however not the most friendly when comes to operating. If you have multiple devices that need to be turned on, give yourself 15-20 seconds before being able to to put the remote down, needs to be a bit quicker.

Husband is slowly getting used to it. It's nice only having on remote instead of five and always struggling.

The way my husband "sold" me on this remote was with the declaration that this would do it all...turn on all they systems, volume, channels. Not so...I still have to power on the receiver, the cable box, the dvd recorder, Roku, et al. It does take care of switching between all of them after the systems are up and running, which is convenient and I love it, but I'd hoped I could just point the remote at the entertainment center and it would all turn on. Still, I think it was worth the money. Love, love, love that I can have all my favorite channels in the center panel, easy and accessible!

I purchase this one after I purchased a simpler model because of the touch screen capability but I would much rather have gotten the simpler model again... There is nothing wrong with the remote and it just simpler to you the lower end model

Bought this from BB after having purchased previous models through Amazon. Found it to be easier to set up than previous remotes, with all my equipment new as well. I bought an open receiver from BB, and was able to easily set it up without the orginal remote. It comes with some annoying on screen buttons that I will never use, and it will not let me remove. Time will tell if its worth it.

Not so user friendly as my non touchscreen and have to put on charge daily so the benefit of having a remote is taken away. Make sure an outlet is where you normally use your remote.

The logitech Harmony touch 15 is very easy to setup and use. This is my second Harmony Touch remote.

Easy to set up. Logitech website is easy to work with for setup. I have an older Harmony remote that is limited to 12 devices. I bought this one because it works with 15. The touch screen has a feature that lets you swipe in various directions to control some device functions. It has buttons for this also. I prefer the hard buttons because the swiping mode is difficult to get just right to work right. All buttons are back lit so are easy to use in the dark. All in all, this remote works good. I think with more practice I can master the swiping functions.

This is a nice remote for more of the non-electronic challenged. Certain people who are not tech savvy have a lot of problems with understanding this remote. Otherwise this is a very sophisticated remote and well worth owning.

I have had the remote now for about a month and have enjoyed it very much. As others have said it is pricy but it has worked very well for me. Set up was easy and the screen controls are helpful. I use this to control my TV, cable box, blue ray player, apple tv, and Xbox. When one of the components does not switch the help button fixes the problem quickly. I have seen some criticism of the awkward placement of the play, stop & pause buttons. I agree but it is only a minor issue and I am use to the buttons now. Bottom line - great remote. Glad I bought it.
