This product works great! Very easy toys etup for a novice or can be highly customizable by a techie. Zero lag time when pressing button, normally with some units using the hub that transmits there is lag but not with this product. I can't say enough good things about it. When I click watch TV the remote turns on my Philips lights AT&T he right level, closes my curtains (with additional module for curtains), turns on the sound bar and sets it to the correct input, turns in the cable box and sets the TV to the correct input as well. All with the clock on one button. The remote also sets up volume buttons based on what you are doing so the remote always makes the most sence depending on what activity you are doing. Great product.

This remote is easy to use, easy to set up, and works great. The battery life is much shorter than my previous harmony remotes.

I own a Harmony 900 and this remote is actually a downgrade. The 900 is painful to setup because the software is buggy and unstable but once you have it configured is heads and shoulders above the Harmony Touch. The Touch setup process is well implemented and very intuitive (Logitech finally spent some money in quality assurance). Once the remote is configured, it leaves a lot to be desired. The available buttons are placed in very ackward places, the configurable buttons are only reachable with your second hand and there are multiple commonly-used buttons that are not available at all. This is a good concept, but it feels like a bad prototype rather than a finshed product. Hoping for Logitech to go back to the 900 design concept (but please keep the good software you have now).

This remote does anything you can think up and syncs up with Hue lights too

We got this because my wife had had it with the 5 or 6 remotes on the table... We use TV, AV Receiver, Blu-Ray, DishTV, and Gamebox 360. As a gadget guy, when my wife says I don't care when I tell her the cost.. Whoo Hoo!... I was originally looking for the older tablet shaped Harmony, but I think I may be glad it was discontinued. Set up was pretty easy, usb connection to your computer, then the Harmony website takes most of it from there. You do need to look at your equipment and get the model numbers before you start but other than that my set up was simple. Of course the week after I plunked down 249.00 for this, woot moofi had it for 129.00... Maybe I need a second one for one of my other rooms! Honestly my purchase was a result of a lack of choices. I was not too excited at first about a Logitech product. I've had a lesser model that was too hard for everyone to work. I think so far, so good. ,

Easy to set up and use and has made multiple remotes seem so unnecessary!

While the lack of physical number keys made me hesitate on purchasing, I've gotten used to it. The screen is a little weird in that you use it more like a phone's screen and less like previous Harmony touch screens. Set up is really easy, just create an account at Logitech's site, input your home theater device model numbers and you're up and running. Using the remote took a few days to get used to but now it's pretty much second nature.

The Harmony Remote was priced great, easy to set up and works just fine!

This is an excellent remote and eliminates the need for multiple remotes.

The control is easy to use and program. The touch screens numbers take a little getting used too. I would recommend.

Online programming is very simple. Easy to alter buttons for your needs.

This remote is the second Harmony remote we have purchased. When our other one died it took a little while to decide on which new Harmony remote to buy. During that time all the old remotes began cluttering up the table. We have only been using this new Harmony for a few weeks but so far everything is working great. My only slightly negative comment is the placement of the physical buttons, but the more we are using the remote the less of an issue that has become.

This remote was a Great addition to my home theater. Easy to setup.

Love Harmony remotes. I have had 3 and bought one for my parents! They are great and the activity focus is perfect for folks that don't what to remember what input everything has to be on to watch TV/movie... Only downside was the touch screen. Using buttons above to play/pause/etc often results in unintended channel change (screen displays favorite channels for quick change). I decided to return the remote and go to the 900 with touch screen at the top of the remote.

Been a Harmony guy for years...this was a nice upgrade from the 5 device model. Screen is sensitive, easy to screw up what you're watching but there is a screen lock that helps alot

This is our second Logitec Harmony remote. Our first lasted many years and we were pleased. This one was easy to set up and initializing the components was a simple step by step process through the website. It does take some getting used to however.
