The pick up of online order was a breeze. Direction was clear. This is the good part of the order. However, product Best Buy delivered to me was used or return product. Original round seals / tapes removed, glossy layer of the box peeled off. No batteries. While the missing part is not a big deal, the practice is not honest to customer. I chose to pick up at Costa Mesa location, because of good reviews, but what happened to me was a big let down. Two star is not product related, but business practice related.

this is great once you are able to connect it. but thats the issue, for some reason the compatibility to my macbook was awful and i always struggled with connecting it. it might have been an apple thing to be honest lol but really wish i could have used it more. since i spent more time trying to connect it, i usually gave up.

It's i like the short key travel but for the price it should also support 2.4Ghz. Why not make a caps lock light? Would it bankrupt the brand? I have a newer board with BT and WiFi antenna that can be repositioned as needed. I have to make sure my antenna is very close to the keyboard or else i get sticky keys. Logitech doesn't advertise the BT version in this keyboard but it's 3.0. Probably why it's not listed. My PC supports BT 5.2. I got tired of no caps lock light and BT interference. Went back to my old 2.4Ghz keyboard with square keys and caps lock light.

Picked this up for my wife because of limited desk space. Was really a perfect size for what she wanted. However, the reason for the 2 stars is, I would guess this keyboard is not detected after start up or sleep 2 of every 5 times. Then we have to plug in a keyboard to either restart or continue on to windows, where then only after unplugging the other keyboard will this one be detected again.

I wanted a travel keyboard and the size was perfect. Unfortunately the Bluetooth connection was simply terrible. First, whenever the pc resumed from sleep mode it would take a while before a connection was established and be able to type the password. Second, the keyboard would get digitally “stuck”. By that I mean that I would press a key and let go but the keyboard would send the signal as if I was still pressing it. This happened many times with different letters. I would have to turn it off and on and this would go away only to come back when awakening the PC

I got this in a bundle with the mouse for Christmas as I work from home and needed both. This keyboard has great functionality as it can work with virtually every operating system and has 3 Bluetooth buttons to connect to three devices easily after the first pair. I’m very disappointed in the quality as I’ve used a lot of Logitech products for work and this one is not good. I had this sitting on my couch and it fell maybe a few inches into a rug with carpet underneath and the J key fell off. I tried to snap it back on with no luck. Really disappointed with the quality as the function is good, especially for the price.

I like the keyboard enough to want to use it, but despite downloading the Logitech Options software and going over the instructions many times, I'm unable to get the Page Down / Page Up (that is, fn–down arrow, fn-up arrow) to work. As a proofreader, I am constantly in need of this function. I put it away for a bit in frustration so I could finish a job on deadline, and now that I am done tried troubleshooting again today. No go. I bought this on May 27, using it only a little bit to troubleshoot, but now may not be able to return it to Best Buy. If you are on a Mac or iPad and don't need this feature, I recommend the keyboard. I wish I could use it because I do like the feel of it, but I am in a bind until/unless this bug gets addressed. As this is an older Logitech offering, I doubt it will get that attention, though. (If you had this same problem and solved it, I'm all ears!) Assuming I can't get a refund, the K380 is going into the closet till I have a yard sale. No yard sales for some time, given covid-19, alas.

It is a good keyboard that I use for iphone. I wish I can pair it with another one.

I love the way it looks, just does not do what I need done. I have hooked it up to my ipad and it causes the screen to freeze all the time

The keyboard itself is great. Coming from a full size keyboard, I was nervous about it being too cramped to type. It's not. I had maybe a 15 second adjustment period, and then I was used to it. The minimal width helps me reduce movement from keyboard to mouse and helps with strain (which is the reason I bought it to be fair). My problem is with the multi-device functionality. It works great with one device connected via Bluetooth. As soon as I add another device, there is a great deal of lag on both devices. Both devices are Windows 10 devices, and there's not a whole lot else connected via Bluetooth - Just my Logitech mouse. I suspect it's Bluetooth interference between the two devices. But given that this keyboard is supposed to be compatible with Logitech Flow, that should be an expected condition of use. Instead I'm using Mouse without Borders to control both my devices - which has zero lag, but lacks the ability to use any of the custom functions of the Logitech MX Master 3S. Maybe it's the Bluetooth, maybe it's the keyboard, but I can't use it the way it was intended in this state.

I tried really hard and over several hours, even researching more on line. In part of the print, it says it "may not be compatible with all computers". I have an HP computer, and it did not work on this one. Unfortunately, to talk to someone, you have to send an email and they'll get back to you within 24+hours. My return period was running out, so I returned. Would have loved to be able to keep ito--perfect size!

The first one died after 2 months from purchase. It feels nice - which is why I just bought another one. Worked perfectly until it suddenly died. Fair price - hoping new one lasts at least a year. I took it to best buy. Had to return it directly to manufacturer. I just wanted to cut my losses and move on.

I don’t like this keyboard at all. I mean the size is great so I gave one star and one star for the color. It’s so difficult to you there is nothing on the keyboard that lets you know when the cap lock button is on. I can’t use the keyboard for work.

I purchased this keyboard for my laptop, but I use linux and windows. When I configured in windows it did not work in linux and viceversa, even if i changed the "channel".

Loses bluetooth connectivity all the time as well.

I needed a to-go keyboard, and I was in between this one and the Microsoft Designer Compact Keyboard. In the end, I returned this one, so that's my feelings on the matter. I don't like how this keyboard is very heavy despite not having a number pad. The ABS plastic is that standard stuff that you get and it gets greasy over time, and it doesn't feel too nice either (too slippery and stiff?). I don't like how round the keys are since it makes me type slower. Lastly, the keys are very mushy so it hurts my hands when I use it - it also makes my typing a lot slower. I found it sometimes not registering a keypress, or I'd have to mash it really hard but then it registers as 2 presses. The only advantage of this one over the Microsoft Designer Compact Keyboard is that it's more affordable (you may have 2 stars, Logitech), but to be brutally honest, it's not so much that it would be cheaper than a doctor's visit. And that is what I would need if I kept using this, as it would give me tendonitis.

Letters are coming off from this keyboard. I used 27 Months ago and makes it even worst for a long time

I bought this product to work with my Samsung tv however it doesn't work fully with my tv and of course I'm passed my 14 day return, no Bueno.

Have yet to figured out how to use. It came with no instructions for installing. Quick start makes no sense.

Doesn’t work well with Apple TV. Won’t let me type. Works on Netflix and UTube.
