I HAD TO MAKE THE SIDE AREAS ROUGH SO IT WOULD BE MORE MANAGEABLE. MY LAST ONE HAD A RUBBER GRIPPING SURFACE. IT WAS ENCLOSED IN A SEALED PACKAGE BEFORE PURCHASE. NEXT TIME I WILL CHECK THAT.

Instead a got a Logitech keyboard/mouse combo that only needs one USB dongle. Can't go wrong with Logitech.

We understand this is frustrating and a complete waste of money without it. Sometimes the receiver can be found stored in the battery compartment of the mouse, so please double-check there.
