DPI buttons are very poorly placed as well as the rear thumb button. both get accidently bumped when using the mouse with bad consequences. Mouse was a refurb through a seperate best buy seller. Communications and using the best buy gift card were extremely difficult. Mouse was missing accessories (extension adapter broken, and no charging cable. Finally got a refund to buy these accessories on Ebay as they had no parts to send me.
