It was not purchased for music so I don't know how to rate that aspect of it.

Posted .Hello, I am so sorry to hear the speakers have an echo. That is definitely not normal. Luckily they come with a 2 year warranty through Logitech, so we can get them replaced for you! False Information

I am sorry that you are having difficulties using your Z150 pc speakers. Try connecting the speakers to the "green" AUX 3.5mm connection in the back of your PC tower. I hope you find this information helpful. Logitech appreciates your product review and brand loyalty. - Leo from Logitech

I didn't realize that I needed speakers with my new monitor, but luckily the Tech guy had a pair with him in the truck. These work out well.
