Since I work from home utilizing my employer’s virtual desktop, the extraneous sound cancellation mike effectively blocks out other household noise.

Noise canceling does not work! Quality is good just does not cancel out any background noise.

I work with patients so it was important that my headset worked properly. The charge for this one does not last as long as they say and it disables and shuts itself off most of the time I let was in the middle of a conversation. It says it works with Microsoft Teams and that’s not accurate all the way . Our IT department couldn’t get it to operate properly through only assistance The best thing honestly about this headset is the flip lever for the mute button - yep that’s it …
We sincerely regret any inconvenience you may have experienced and want to assure you that your feedback is of great significance to us. If you haven't already, we'd recommend you to please contact Logitech Support team as they'll help you find a more suitable resolution at the earliest.

This is such a lightweight with soft cushions on the earpiece, headphones. A huge bonus for me is when it can connect to my iPhone easily. Sometimes iPhone gives me problems when I try to connect to a new bluetooth device, but this headphone was easy to connect to. That is a huge plus on my end. The app was easy to set up and control my headphones from. I love that that the equalizer has preset volumes like "volume boost" or "bass boost" so I can easily press those instead of messing around with the equalizer to find a setting I like. The sound is actually pretty great! I was very surprised at how nice it sounded. It really is a noise cancelling headphone because I was able to play my music (as I'm writing this review) and block out the background noise of my wonderful husband snoring. I also like that the mic can pop out of its area when I'm talking on the phone and pop right back in when I dont need it. When I pop it out, it says "mute off" and when I pop it back, it says "mute on". How awesome is that. I will once again say, the sound quality is great. It actually gets pretty loud. I forgot how loud it was when I was using it yesterday and when I turned my music on, it was blasting in my ear. That is how loud it can get. I def recommend this.

The Logitech Zone Vibe 100 headset is super comfortable and is so lightweight that you almost forget they are on your head. The sliding adjustment arms on the side make it super easy to fine adjust the fit to perfectly cover your ears. I wear glasses and the tension on some headsets causes ear soreness and headaches after a couple hours… not this headset! I can wear it all day with zero irritation.
Sound quality is excellent. Great for watching movies or listening to music. The Logi Tune app for your iPhone or Android phone connects to the headset and lets you adjust the EQ to your liking. You can set the sleep settings timer, adjust the voice prompts, choose the language, see the connected devices and set the sidetone settings for the mic.
Battery life is great. It’s rated at 20 hours and that’s pretty inline with what I get after using them all day and the next day before needing to charge.
Build quality is pretty good. It’s very lightweight for a full sized headset, but feels pretty solid.
The mic performed well in talking with others in Teams meetings. Being able to mute/unmute the mic by just adjusting the mic position is super convenient.
Bluetooth pairing and range seem excellent. Was able to walk around the house without disconnecting. It also allows you to pair with more than one device at the same time.
Would definitely recommend this headset to a friend.
Nice wireless headphones, but a little overpriced.

I got these to replace some existing 6-year old wired headphones that are showing signs of wear. My other headphones are from a name brand which specializes in audio sound. I don't think the sound on the Logitech Vibe 100s have that "full" sound that my other headphones do. Also, the Logitech headphones are priced just under what my other ones cost 6 years ago.
These headphones are very light and comfortable. The construction seems to be very good. They are mostly plastic with some synthetic fabric material. The material seems thin, so we'll see how well it wears over time. But, the synthetic fabric makes them cooler to wear for long periods of time. They also don't press on my ears like my older, name brand ones do. So, these are considerably more comfortable to wear for a longer period of time.
I've had these for 5 days and have used them 3-5 hours per day. I've used these headphones on phone calls, webinars, watching a video, playing a game, and listening to music. The sound is good to great (not excellent, but I'm kind of an audiophile). I was able to connect them to my cell phone (Samsung S22), tablet (Samsung S3), and Windows PC (Dell XPS) without any problems. Pairing with a device is quick and simple.
Logitech should have included a quick start guide, because I had to experiment to find out how to pair them and use the controls. The controls are easy to use, but I wish they would have moved some of the controls to the other ear. I find it is easy to push some of the button by accident. The Mic is active noise cancelling and the sound from the Mic is very good. I've never had anyone complain they couldn't understand me. I really, really like that you can easily mute the Mic by tucking it back into the ear piece out of the way. So, if you need to "take a break" while on a phone call or webinar, no one can hear what you're doing. (What a relief!)
I only had one problem while using them. Sometimes the headphones would just turn off. The in-ear voice would just say "power off" and the light goes off, but the power button is still in the on position. I could turn them back on and was able to go on with what I was doing. It didn't seem to matter what the battery level was, because it's happened at 50%, 70% and 100% charge. The headphone charge does last a very long time, so they are truly "all day" and they recharge quickly.
Overall, I have no problem recommending these and would buy them again. But, for the power off issue and the price, I did drop the rating down one star.

Stopped charging after 1 year of use. Looked online and a lot of people have the same problem with these. It was a good headset while it lasted but unfortunately it didn’t last.

Great headset with fantastic sound

This is a great headset with great sound and you are easily heard by others through the microphone. They are very light and seem flimsy but honestly are not. They have held up well. They work really well for virtual conference calls and gaming - again the sound quality is just really great.
They work just as well as wired headphones - I see no difference in microphone or sound quality. There is no active noise cancelation so you need to look elsewhere if you're looking for that but the comfort is really the differentiator here. You can keep these in all day and have no complaints. The microphone also folds to avoid damage when traveling.
The accompanying app also works really well and gives you a lot of great information to manage the headset. Overall, I highly recommend this headset as long as you can live without active noise cancelation. The battery life has been great so far as well so no need to worry about charging it frequently. Finally, even if you walk away from your computer or phone, call and sound quality sounds really great even at somewhat of a distance.
We're sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with our product. We take quality very seriously and we apologize for falling short in this area. We will investigate this further and take steps improve.

Good headset, useful for music, phone, and gaming, etc. I have seen better ones but they cost a lot more.
I must admit my initial impression once I got them out of the box wasn't great. They appear very casual at first, almost cheap quality (almost). But that might be part of their appeal. They kind of appear more business like rather than for entertainment.
At first the sound didn't seem that great but I always say that most speakers require a break-in period before they reach their full potential and that was the case with these as they certainly got better after some use. They seemed to get a little louder and the bass and treble got better. I also tweaked them some which may have had something to do with it.
Comfortable and lightweight. A bit bulky but not as bad as others I have tried. Nice microphone which works well and folds up out of the way to mute when not needed. Also has a mute switch on the mike if you don't want to fold it up. Apps available for pc, android, and iphone allow you to configure it as well as an equalizer to customize the sound. The equalizer helps but I prefer to use the ones in my music apps which seem more effective. Bluetooth only for connection, no dongle but you can use them while charging. Logitech does have others which include a dongle but cost a bit more. Comes with a storage bag and usb c charging cable but no ac adapter. They come packaged on a cardboard stand with the bag and cable stored in the base. I will certainly save the stand and use it to keep them on when not in use.
Not much documentation included, you'll want to download the instruction guide from logitech. Simple controls and easy to pair. Seem to have good battery life and charge fairly quickly.
If you can afford better ones you might want to spend more and get something better. But if you're on a budget or just looking for a second set for casual use (or for at work) then these are a good choice.

Frustrating installation and instructions

I have always had a favorable impression of Logitech products until now.
I wanted to use this with my Dell Xps 17 running windows 11. Almost upon firing up the headphones after fully charging the headphones first, the computer seemed to recognize the headphones. A connect dialogue box appeared and I waited and waited and waited and nothing happened. Bluetooth was enabled. I turned the headphones off and restarted only to have the same dialogue box appear to "connect" and still nothing happened.
Oddly the Windows 10 computer that apparently isn't sufficient to install windows 10 also detected these headphones and I hit "connect" there and almost immediately the headphones not only showed installed, but when I tested a video with audio, I was able to hear the audio through the headphones.
The instructions on how to connect these were junk - some fold out tabs on the box (who is going to keep the box?) - picture form for those who can't read? I nearly gave up and reboxed the headphones since nothing worked with windows 11. I instantly downgraded the product because of the instructions.
Sound. It actually has a good sound after finding an operating system with which the unit would work. The headphones are comfortable. I did not have a chance to try the microphone which I plan to use with the phone app so I can go cordless while using my android phone over my windows laptop via the phone app. I didn't try this computer first as my phone is connected and I figured there might be a conflict with bluetooth but the phone is still connected. I have been using a wired headphone via usb to go hands free so going cord free is very important to me.
Oddly I downloaded some logitech app on the windows 11 machine and that program did not recognize the headphones either despite numerous turning off the phones and trying again - connect button pushed on windows 11 popup and then nothing.
