No longer need to constantly mute / unmute during Zoom calls. Or get muted by the host because of background conversations or a loud tv across the same room.

Not really a gaming headset more geared towards working. Automatically mutes when you fold the microphone up. You also get a notification of MUTE ON so you know you are muted. They only sound good when I play good music, but that may be the music and not the headphones :) As a BestBuy member you save a good chunk of change off the price as well.

Noise cancellation is horrible.

But the nose cancellation is non existent. My wife works from home and when I call her, I can hear every noise in the house. Very disappointed that these headphones work worse than her old Bluetooth headset that was over half the cost.

Posted .Zone Vibe 100 comes with a noise-canceling mic. Could you try resetting the headset by pressing and hold the call button and the volume down button “ - ” for five seconds. The LED starts flashing rapidly and the headset turns off. Turn the headset back on and the default settings will be restored. You can also reset in the Logi Tune app, under Zone Vibe > Headset Information , click Restore Defaults. If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to Logi Support for further assistance.

It wouldn’t have been a two star review if this headset was only $20, but for what I paid for I would have expected more.

It is still a great headset but beware about that issue if you plan to buy.
