I like Lorex about the best for these consumer kit

To get a 1TB DVR and 4 HD cams plus cables for that price is solid. I have tried a number of the consumer CCTV systems including Swann and NightO and Lorex to me has the best interface, best PC/Tablet/Phone apps and the best search and find features. Just a solid product and very compatible with various CCTV cams and features.

Nice beginner security system
