    Easy setup, cameras have great picture. Hardest part is running cable. But wired always more reliable than wireless. App works great.

    The picture is great on these cameras. The day and night time video is very clear. The app on the instructions didn't work and my husband ended up having to google what to do. Ends up, that was the old app and there was a new one. That one works but is kinda hard to figure out at first. I don't like that I can't log into a website to see my cameras live on a computer. The instillation is pretty difficult and I wouldn't have been able to figure it out on my own. Luckily my husband is very handy and knowledgeable about how to install and what is needed. For the amount of money we spent, I feel like it should be more user friendly

    Hadn’t had any connection problems once installed. I haven’t played with them much though. I can say that turning on the motion detector will drive you nuts! I had to disable the notifications because I was receiving one each time the wind blew

    Bought the system after researching over several weeks. I first requested Best Buy's Home Consultation after seeing the reviews for the Geek Squad installation. The consultant explained the reviews were older when Best Buy first started installing. We bought the system and Geek Squad installation. We are pleased with the system and the install. Also about two weeks purchasing the system was on sale for $100 less so we were able to take advantage of the discounted price.

    DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I paid over $1,000 for this product with installation. The app worked for almost 6 months. It doesn't work anymore. It doesn't work on my phone or any other family members phone. Being able to view while away from home was the very reason I purchased the system. Read the reviews on the app. Others are having the same problem. The app is USELESS! They don't answer your calls and the emails are the same. They send you to a link of a site that no longer exist!
