They record every bug, bird, and headlight going through their view. I have tried to bump up the response and will work on it more. View from my S-7 cell phone can be a little grainy, but view from HDMI to TV is excellent. 3/16 drill for sheet rock walls. If you are having issues there is help online. I haven't tried to contact anyone ,so no review on that. I took a photo of the serial # in case I have to reinitiate the program on my phone while away from the house.

You may adjust the sensitivity the sensitivity by going into the main menu and clicking on settings and then alarm and then navigating to motion. Please note that a lower number for sensitivity will make the cameras less sensitive to motion detection and vice-versa for a higher number. We would recommend using a lower sensitivity setting and adjusting accordingly.

We have it hooked up to our living room TV and the picture is really clear the app it slow to load but it hasn’t been a problem and of course the picture on the app isn’t as clear as the TV but it also hasn’t been a problem.

Installation was easy, albeit you do need to have some background in running cables. No issues (as reported by others) in connecting via computer or via mobile (android). Only thing missing/lacking and very disappointing was no user manual. Had to go online, and worse, this particular model, I could not download the pdf. Imagine if you didn't have access to a computer, how would you know how to operate the system...

Installation was easy. however, no instruction manual included, just the basic "Quick" Guide. For this particular model, no downloadable pdf manual. and the manual itself is not the greatest. however, software was not that hard to figure out...No issues with connecting via computer or via smartphone.

Great system but loud

The only down fall and to the reason of 4 star is the dvr fan for cooling is very loud. Sounds like a old CPU desktop. Customer service is sending me a new one to trouble shoot. I'll have to move it to a room that I don't use but over all the system is amazing

Simple to view on computer when across country and on smart phone via app. Can control and review over a week of motion even remotely on phone and computer - save and print views from computer - far exceeded my expectations - excellent customer service via email.
