Maybe the worst Jeff Beck release ever! Horrible female 'vocals' ruin everything they touch. There are 3 instrumental tracks that are pretty good, but man, the vocals really bring this down to the worst levels! I love Jeff, one of te greatest living guitarists today. But not on this!

You will really like this CD if you enjoy searing guitar solos and a more contemporary sound than what you are used to from Jeff Beck. It has been six years since his last studio album and you can see how he has grown with music that works for today's audience. It is rather political but I like the fact that you know where he stands on issues instead of leaving you guessing. Highly Recommended !!!!

This is the best cd Mr. Beck has released since his last one! I like Rosie Bones's vocals however I can't help but imagine Rod Stewart on vocals on 'Scared for the Children' or 'Shame.' No Guitar heroics but stellar songwriting and Ms. Bones's singing is an outstanding compliment to Beck's virtuosity on Guitar.
