The bag is just the right size. You can throw it on your back and take it on a short or long bike ride. The many compartments are idea for safeguarding the camera and accessories. The bag feels comfortable due to the well placed padding and does not shift while riding.

    Rainy Days In New Orleans

Bought this back pack for the wife's Cannon camera. Needed a good bag for a vacation in New Orleans. It packed every item she wanted to carry plus two umbrellas. A nice feature is the protective hood that comes attached. Does not make it water proof but does make a water resistant protection. Rained the whole week but no issues with the bag. Felt secure with the camera in it the entire time. A great carry on travel companion too.

i purchased this bag to carry my camera and also other items while being a tourist. the bag worked perfect for my Sony a6000, zoom lens, and other accessories. i could have carried another lens in the camera area also. the top area worked perfect for gloves, hat, snacks, souvenirs, etc. it was also comfortable to wear and easy to flip off to one side so you could reach your stuff. i didn't need it but I loved the fact it has a rain cover too. After I returned, I realized Best Buy had the bag for a lower price (week later) and they gladly gave me a credit for the difference.

Great little pack for lighter day photo trips. Held my Nikon D750 and 70-200 and 24mm lenses no problem. Plus a jacket and snacks with a little room to spare. Love the rain cover feature.

Great bag for backpacking with DSLR

Before I went ahead and bought the Hatchback 150, I as in doubt if I should go for either the 150 or 250. (16 Liters vs 22 Liters). I am using a fairly big DSLR with 3 lenses which are fairly large as well. Everything pointed towards the 22L version, but I didn't like the size of the actual big. It looks big on me and I wanted to give the 16L version a try. What is in my 16L bag at this moment: - Nikon D7100 with grip - Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 - Sigma 10-20mm f3.5 - cleaning gear and extra SD card All this goes into my Camera compartment of the bag. And then I have a Tamron 70-300 VC USD that doesn't fit in the compartment but if I think I need this lens I will carry it in a pouch in the upper compartment where it will be perfectly safe as well! I am very happy I decided to go for the smaller and cheaper one. Looks better, light weight and works perfectly even with my fairly big setup. T The bag itself looks and feels great. Very comfortable to wear, and looks great on me. Looks like a regular backpack! I always struggled to bring my DSLR to events or just for a normal walk or hike since it was such a struggle to bring it. This bag is revolutionary in the way that it is so easy and effortless to just bring your DSLR, just in case. I feel like I get so much more out of my DSLR just by getting this bag. I actually have taken so many great shots because I just brought my camera along on very regular occasions!

I purchased this camera bag for a trip to Alaska. I wanted something small that I could fit under the seat on the airplane while still having the capacity to hold my camera, iPad, and a bottle of water. The bag worked perfectly. The cool thing about this bag is you can un-Velcro the center divider and remove the camera insert and the bag turns into a regular backpack for the times you don’t need your camera. I just used it this way for a business trip and it worked great to hold my Surface Pro, paperwork, accessories, and more. This is my new go to Backpack.

Very good! Ideal for mirrorless. Not for full size

This camera bag is great! If you have a mirror-less set up it would be ideal. For a regular sized DSLR maybe not so much. I bought this to replace my AW150 slingshot, which as a big guy...is a horrible backpack. I really like this backpack, but the camera compartment is too cramped. I will be returning it and getting the larger version for the extra camera room. Pros: -You can definitely fit a 11" Macbook Air and an Ipad (at the same time) in the front compartment, there are two separate pockets. -Side pockets are super nice for a bottle. -The removable camera compartment makes it a fully usable backpack. -It comes with a bunch of Velcro inserts for the camera compartment so you can configure it how you want. -The waist strap is big. easily over 50" when fully extended. The chest strap too is pretty generous Cons -The camera compartment is small. It can hold my DSLR (Old T3i with 18-55 kit lens)) and barely a 55-250 lens. The camera wouldn't fit at all with the larger lens attached. -If anything protrudes even slightly above the top of the camera compartment you can feel it in your back. -The side pouches are pretty useless as a tripod holder. If there wasn't a larger version available I would keep the bag, it is super comfy. But there is, so I'm going to give that a try

This bag is big enough to carry one full size DSLR body and a few lenses. Plus any accessories you might need. I use this to carry my quick shoot gear for my YouTube channel. This is what I have comfortably stored in it; Panasonic FZ200 Bridge Camera with shade attached Two - GoPro 3's with mounts, cases and filters 3- Rode Video Mics Spare batteries and chargers for all 3 cameras Various 52mm and 37mm filters for all 3 cameras 2- 6" mini tri-pods Various cables and adaptors for the mics Camera strap iPad Mini The camera storage area is actually a removable tub that is Velcro'd into the compartment. When you take it out the sides are folded down. You can pull these up and draw the cord to close it up like a bag. It's well padded and can be arranged to sort your individual needs. All of my gear fits comfortably and was easily accessible whole I was at the WSBK event at Laguna Seca.

I purchased this backpack after seeing it in store. I needed something easier to hold all my equipment while hiking. I am very pleased how comfortable and lightweight it is while hiking. Also to know that it has an extra layer of protection for rain is a plus!

Went on a trip overseas and needed something that could carry my camera and extra lens along with a few other things, but not be too large and cumbersome. This was perfect size. The camera could not only fit in the back zippered portions but could also be stuck in the top zippered section for easy access. I was skeptical about the little rain resistant cover tucked in the pouch at the bottom, but it also worked perfectly. Overall, great purchase. Perfect size. Utilitarian. Protective. Slide easily under the seat on the plane or in the overhead. And thanks to the salesman who diligently worked me through my options until I found just the right one.

I am an avid hiker and love to take my camera everywhere, but do not like to hold my camera while navigating certain trails. This backpack is perfect storage for the camera. It is easy and comfortable to store the camera while hiking. It also has enough space to pack extra gear for short hikes. The backpack hugs your back well, so it doesn't flop while heading down trail or walking with heavy steps. Comfortable fit.

I have managed to stuff in two M4/3 bodies, a couple extra lenses, 2 microphones, cards, cables and a GoPro with a couple accessories. If you are creative with how you pack things you can definitely get some gear into this. The top compartment is easily accessible but the bottom requires you to pull the bag off and turn it around because it's on the inside. Other than the price being about 10-15 bucks higher than I think it should be it's a great little bag. Catch it on sale and it will be perfect.

This pack worked out great for carrying my camera & lens safely while at the Grand Canyon; there's a separate compartment up top so water, snacks are aware from where the camera is, nicely padded compartment for the equipment, and comfortable and light to carry.
