The is the best laptop I've ever owned, super long battery life, lightweight, great screen, keyboard is perfect... no overheating and no loud fan noise, need I say more? I have not run into any M1 compatibility issues.

Such a great computer for the price. With the M chip delivering lightening speed with the MacBook air I can handle multiple light resource activities without experiencing any delays. I was very happy with this purchase.

Great for standard office work, emails, documents, etc. Probably not your best machine for encoding and gaming, although I've experienced minimal perceivable latency for daily tasks. At a great price right now, especially if you're already initiated into the Apple ecosystem… Stylish design but of course it's not the most rugged, don't trust it for a moment to withstand falls or impacts without cases or screen protectors. If you need an Apple computer and you're not concerned by an "entry-level" chipset,
et voilà.

I love it! The M1 chip's performance is impressive, breezing through tasks effortlessly. The display is stunning, perfect for work or entertainment. Its portability and excellent battery life make it a reliable. The limited ports might need a workaround for some users, but overall, it's a fantastic choice for everyday use or professional needs.

Bought this for my daughter entering college. Easy to use. Lightweight. Great overall computer. We are 1 year into using it and it still runs like it did when we first bought it.
Love this purchase. Buying the newest model for the next daughter. When the 3rd starts college, she will get the same computer.

This is my first macbook and I really love it, its worth the price.. been wanting to purchase it for a long time until i sold my nikon dslr camera, just added a couple of hundreds and was able to get this one. The storage capacity, portability and the battery life were all great plus there's no fan on it, you can't hear any noise which kind a bothers me in my previous laptop. It doesn't warm on the bottom surface even i used it the whole day. Got it on sale also so it saves me some money there.

So far I'm really happy with this little laptop. Oh, It's extremely over hyped by Youtubers beyond belief. For regular buyers, expect that it will operate and update like it should with little fuss, and demonstrate excellent battery life. It
outperformss my older Dell XPS 13 for daily use in every measure. I only wish it had more ports and looked more modern instead of the 4 plus year old design it's flashing. Compatibility has been good but not perfect with non-optimized M1 apps but that's to be expected. I think translation has been working remarkably well so far. The biggest gripe with this machine is how unupgradeable it is, and that it loses bluetooth connection with my keyboard and mouse constantly. I literally sit and watch the bluetooth connection blink on and off in my preferences as I'm working, it's unacceptably unstable.

It has excellent battery life, plus you can have so many tabs open and it won’t crash. The most it’ll do is notify you to take off some of those tabs. The camera quality isn’t that great, but as a college student I’m not really interested in the pixels that it has. The microphone is also good no complaints there. Lastly I’ve seen so many people with this MacBook, if your a college student I highly recommend.

This is my first Mac book and I really like it. It’s fast, lightweight, Ann’s great battery life. The only think I would say is bad is the camera quality is not very good. If I had to purchase again I would. I love my Mac.

Perfect for an average user wanting to stay in the Apple ecosystem. It is thin, light, beautiful, and a powerhouse. If you have average to slightly above-average needs for a laptop, this is the one to get.

Mine is replacing my 2015, 15” i7/16GB/1TB which is still running well - but my son has more of a need for the I/O options than speed.
And it’s amazingly fast still today but Wow! This little Air weighs nothing - holds the apps (Adobe CC/MS/Dropbox) necessary…
With their storage or folder is a 2TB Samsung T7. I bought the $849/$899 model and the performance is stunning, even using Rosetta, it’s incredibly quick to launch, find, edit, and anything else I throw at it - and never seems to run out of battery lol
I bought as a stop gap as mentioned, for my son and as a holdover as I wait out the new 16” MacBook Pro announcements later this year
Not so sure I need to (it’s the fastest stopgap I have ever seen!)

When my MacBook Air from 2013 reached the end of the line I only considered the new MacBook Air 13.3" Laptop as a replacement. The last month of use has proved my decision correct. The improvements from the old version are numerous. Among the outstanding is the speed at which functions perform. Also, the colors are much more vibrant. It seems the battery power lasts longer than before so when traveling more work and email can be accomplished. The computer is a winner.

Whether I'm working on tasks or streaming media, it handles everything with grace. The battery life is a game-changer, allowing me to be productive on the go without worry. Kudos to Apple for creating a masterpiece that seamlessly combines power and elegance.
