    I purchased this to replace one my wife purchased from Amazon it was slightly cheaper but was not working correctly after a couple days of very annoying troubleshooting over the phone I had had it and returned that one to Amazon. Within an hour of sending it back I did an in store pickup at best buy and everything was and is great

    I walked in to return an item walked out with a computer…. Had fabulous service which I’ve never had before. Your team was exceptional! Had a really bad experience 6 months prior. Told my self never shop there. But your team Barrett and I can’t think of the other salesman went above and beyond. I will come back and shop there and tell all my friends.
