After using this product my computer ran a little faster but one of the things it says it will do is get rid of duplicate items; Nope...no luck there.

I purchased this and went to the site. I was told it was outdated and needed an update. When I did it, it didn’t work. I contacted their help people and have never heard back. Very disappointing.
