I gave up on the NFL once it started getting political, so this is a great way to fill the "football itch". This is also my favorite version of this game. I like the gameplay and the graphics. I don't play online or use any of the option except the exhibition games really. I only play video games when I have time, maybe 2 hours a week if that much.

Madden NFL 23 is a clear step up over Madden NFL 22 in many ways, with some key gameplay and animation improvements making the game feel weightier, more precise, and less stilted. That said, other issues that have plagued the series for years are still here.

Yes when you have 7 grandsons you gotta keep them happy buying them this football game was wonderful cause they all play football and play it well do much competition with friends following them and I live it they love this game up all night on weekends playing this game with friends. Yes another satisfied customer well done Best Buy you did good thanks .

This review is for the PS5 upgrade only! Having sworn Madden off a few years back, I figured a new console gen would be a good time to jump back in (not to mention the sale price). The good news is that this is the best gameplay the series has put out in years, so if you're craving video game football you can't go wrong. As usual the mode that gets the most play is MUT, and it is the very definition of a pay to win game mode. It's a shame since the mode itself can be quite fun if you are a "no money spent" player like myself, but the micro transactions can be frustrating if you let them. In short, this is a meaningful upgrade if you're coming from last year's game since gameplay has been overhauled for the new consoles. If you're a former Madden fan like myself who has grown disillusioned with the series, right now is a great time to jump back in. Hopefully this will represent a turnaround for the series and the dev team can continue to push gameplay forward for the first time in a LONG time. Color me pleasantly surprised...

Got this on a Black Friday sale, and it comes with a free PS5 upgrade, so for less than $30 I was pretty happy with the purchase. The game itself is what you would expect from Madden. Nothing really groundbreaking about this edition, but the graphics and presentation on the PS5 is pretty nice.

I would give this a 5 Star if these glitches weren't there: ANY AND ALL LBS are NOT interception magnets in the REAL NFL so why be that way in a video game AND kicking game freezes from time to time and it is EXTREMELY annoying but gameplay and speed and flow is realistic and good.
