Works fine. I have no issues with this product. Would buy again. Installation is expensive

Overall it is a great product for what it is and what it is meant for but not the greatest installation instructions at all. Potentially could be just my specific application. Would still recommend and would buy again.

I made sure to have this! A must have as i loved the ability to control my music from my wheel rather then finicking with the screen during traffic or while driving.

I like this interface a lot. Make things so handy.

Kind of a pain figuring it all out and your computer must have all the right flash players etc. But company customer service on the phone was excellent. If I had the extra couple hundred bucks. I would have let the installer at best buy do the whole installation of the whole job.

This was a part that was needed for my CarPlay application that I purchased for my car. It was installed by BestBuy and it must work fine as the audio system works just fine.

I’ve used a few different steering wheel adapters in previous vehicles. While the wiring for this is pretty much the same as others, the programming is definitely the best. Just hook it up to your computer via the included USB and the rest is cake!

So I needed to buy this with my stereo in order to use the Steering wheel controls for the stereo - There is always add-on's. Works fine, no issues with it.

Was already in for a in-dash stereo install and had previously purchased all the required components including steering wheel controls but the one I had didn't seem to work. Luckily they had this in stock (albeit over priced in my opinion) and they got everything working.

I use mine with my Android Auto head unit, and it allowed customization for voice control (OK Google), as well as standard volume control, source, display gauges, etc. Cool to be able to display Engine codes via OBD as well as standard gauges for temp, fuel economy, etc

This component is required for integration of a new head unit (HU) with your factory steering wheel audio controls. Works as advertised and no more need to look at the HU for buttons to push to change mode or volume.

Needed this product to have the steering wheel controls work with a new head unit. It does it flawlessly so I would recommend it to anyone.

I din't get to try this product..It was never installed.

It works fine every once in awhile it seems confused......installer said he had a hard time hooking it up. But when it dose work it works fine

I had to buy this interface to replace an OEM radio in a 2010 Subaru Forester. The new radio works just fine with the existing steering controls, so the interface seems to have worked well.
