Unsure what this part was needed for… if it was the stereo or the steering wheel but anyway I guess it works well.

The steering wheel buttons work like they used to work

Gentlemen helped me find this product so my steering wheel could become hands free with my new stereo i was having installed and it works amazing!

I purchased this item to control the volume from my steering wheel. It works perfectly but be aware it does not control the mode of your radio. You cannot switch between AM/FM.

I was wondering whether it was worth it to have steering wheel controls with my new stereo, but I'm really glad I moved forward with it.

The first installer was unable to install this unit and said it was not compatible with my vehicle. I went to another Best Buy and the installer there was able to install it and make it work the way it was supposed to.

works like a charm! i can change from radio to bluetooth from steering wheel.

My wife had an old cassette tape radio in her car and wanted to go to a cd player slim design, so they needed to fill the gap with a tray. Everything looks good and we have had no problem, so the device is doing what it is supposed to be doing

It's ok. Most controls are just fine and reliable with one exception - connecting to Siri is slow, sometimes very frustrating because it triggers Siri when I push the button but there's a lag as to when Siri hears my command. Also, programming of the buttons are weird. Scrolling up on the steering wheel makes the channels go the opposite. Reminds me of Apple's default mouse direction that I changed. You also can't set it up just how you want it. Hard to explain here. It's whats available if you want steering wheel controls.

It does what it promised. If you are having then install it, will be ove $120 for part and installation. Too pricey

It works well with the new stereo that I purchase. There's lag every once in a while, but not with the response of the steering wheel controls - with the stereo. So it's probably the stereo.

Used in my 370z worked no issue. No delay nothing.

Works as should... just a pain to load the correct file that works for your cars configuration... had to try 3 diff laptops before the program worked correcty

Installer are Great and good at what they do. Explained Everything and even got me right back in when a cable came loose.

bought this originally for my veh but was told I needed a diff kind. So long story short, I never got to use it but it probably works just like the others.

Bought this for my new stereo, and the installer even put an Apple CarPlay command on one of the buttons. I can ask Siri from my steering wheel? BONUS! It's worth the extra $ to get this perk.

Works great controls my volume and interfaces with stereo dock great. Fast connection a must have if converting from factory to aftermarket deck.
