Wanted to upgarde radio on our son's 2005 Chevy Silverado. Install required updated steering wheel controls. Sabastian at the Dothan, AL completed the install - excellent work, clean and neatly installed.

Went in to local Best Buy and bought the radio and told them our vehicle we were installing it in. They are so helpful and had this ready for us to use on installing it. The is a great product. Works great.

I got to choose what I wanted each button on my steering wheel to do on both a short press and a long press. Meaning that each button does two things. Prints out a reminder card and everything.

Confusing instructions, hard to install, and wasn't the easiest product I've ever chosen to work with. I thought this would be easier to use based on all the online reviews and YouTube videos. Not at all.

Had this installed in my 2005 4Runner (along with a backup camera and new stereo) to keep the steering wheel controls integrated, and it’s been perfect. No problems so far.

These controls work flawlessly with my son's Sony deck that the Geek Squad installed in his Subaru WRX allowing Siri to answer and handle phone calls and most of her other functions as well.

Works great. This is a good product for older or basic vehicles that don't have factory installed/capabilities for Bluetooth connection

This works great with my 2017 subaru wrx. I got to keep my steering controls and even customize my button layout

I did not use because the system made buy that and when I went for installation the geek squad told me that I need different one.

This product is so great - it is convenient for the use of my infotainment system. I highly recommend it for safery as well.

Great item. My radio volume and seek buttons on my steering wheel works. The Volume button will also disconnect a phone call.

The product worked perfectly. The service was excellent. The service was inexpensive. And the went the extra mile

Car audio system works fine. The installation was completed with major issues. The technicians rushed and failed to verify that the a/c and heater were still functioning after installation. I called the BB in Reno, NV where the install was done. Advised to make an appt. Then covid and no scheduling of appts. I would like some assurance that this will be corrected asap when appts are being accepted.

This was the best addition to the bluetooth audio system that I had installed in my 2012 Honda Ridgeline.
