Was told by tech support no hacking, direct plug and play into existing plug on my ram 1500 single cab. Wrong..... this has to be hacked in to wiring. Someone needs to make one that is plug and play to preserve factory harnesses. Bestbuy is always great though and no questions asked returned it without any hassle. Thank you Bestbuy !

Did as expected for my steering wheel controls was upset to find out my microphone button no longer worked though.

This SW interface was necessary to install my car audio, and it works great

All in all not bad service great value for what I needed installed

You better go at this brand works the same and cost about $100 cheaper

Excellent product, I was not very happy with the installation however, had to go back and have it done again

disappointed it doesn't fast forward a song on cd or bluetooth when holding down the next button on the wheel

I had an Axcess unit that failed twice. This one is much better and more programmable.

I preferred the digital version but this was almost as good in the high altitude areas.

It works really good hand in hand with the car deck good combination with the touch screen pioneer deck

Every thing on the steering wheel works, the volume is a little touchy though.

Works but changes functionality. Not sure I like the way holding the down volume button goes to mute.

Little pricey but does everything it’s supposed to.
