    I have not been completely impressed with this item, to be fair, it could be my truck, it's a 2004, however, sometimes the volume on the steering wheel works correctly, sometimes it will only turn the volume up and sometimes it doesn't work at all.

    I was able to use the volume controls and switch between stations. However it doesn't seem to work when answering or hanging up the phone. Tried switching from preset to custom but I wasn't able to switch stations using the the steering wheel controls

    The specs show it's supposed to auto program, or you can do it from the computer with customization options. I tried customizing it first, and the normal controls would work, but I could never get the long press to work. I tried automatic next, and the buttons never seemed to connect.

    Idk anything about this product. I bought it just because I wanted to keep my steering wheel working with the radio.honestly I don’t think is necessary to purchase this product

    Don't know how this works. Best buy sold me this when I didn't need it because the radio has it built in. I even asked them if I needed it because the radio box said it was built in. Best buy was adamet that I did in fact need it when I didn't.
