Bought a new Kenwood stereo and wanted to keep my steering wheel controls. This was very affordable and the Best Buy installers were awesome! Definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, this steering wheel interface did not work with the JVC KW-660BT car receiver I purchased. I ended up contacted JVC to find the correct interface.

Love it it works great and sounds great will recommend.

I got it to install in my 2016 Corolla S as I was upgrading the factory radio to a Wireless CarPlay from Best Buy itself. The Geek Squad agent (Brandon at Best Buy, Marlborough) tried his best, however, could make only the Volume Buttons on the left side of the steering wheel work and also the Voice Recognition button for Siri on the right side of the wheel. But I badly needed the Track Change buttons (the Up and Down Arrow Keys on the left, nearby the Volume Buttons) to work as well, or else it's really not that great to reach out to the touchscreen every time to change the music while driving. Luckily, Brandon could suggest me another SWC (PAC SWI-CP2) that's supposed to be a better fit for Corolla 2016. He reinstalled it for no additional charges as I had already paid for the Steering Wheel Control Install. The PAC SWI-CP2 worked great for my 2016 Corolla S, with all the Volume, Track Change, Mode, Call Answer/ Decline, and Siri buttons.

It was quickly installed without issue to my knowledge. Directions say it should be able to mute. Unfortunately, this feature does not work. Technician says sometimes this happens. No offer to order a new one or replace. Small glich overall, but I do miss the feature.

This steering wheel control unit needs to be programmed online to match the brand of your car audio system. Only certain manufacturers are available. As it turned out, mine was not! So I had to return it and don't know how well it works.

It was east to install works great with the new xaeplay syatem

I looked at what is required to connect it. Even though I am a computer geek I do not like to complicate things. To me this just has the possibility of too many problems. I returned it. I can turn the dial and push the buttons just fine.

I've used this same product before and it's been great but this last time it worked perfectly for about 5 hours before it became 100% unresponsive. Maybe a update later will fix it. Who knows.

the function of the steering wheel adapter for the stereo works but it is a little testy...you have to push the buttons on the wheel in certain spots for it to work properly. this was not the case before the new installment took place.

Awesome product that provides a direct method to allow my built in steering wheel controls to work with my much better Stereo system.

Bought this item with the intention for the free installation and it maintained all functions of my steering wheel. Very happy!

Sometimes the volume control goes all the way to max

I installed this feature to a 2004 vehicle and with it, I feel like I am closer to what's available now adays..

I'm still unsure about this purchase. Very little documentation for the end user. When it works it's great. It has moments when it does not work or buttons do wrong functions.
