Very disappointed my salesman didn’t tell me I needed to buy this and the other 2 extra items, costing me an additional $150 and 2 additional weeks wait. You need to educate your sales team and or have the techs that install the equipment, review and discuss the purchase with the customer and salesman. I am very happy with the installation team, as they were the ones that searched online to find these additional items, that would work with my car and the new radio I purchased. I asked several times to the salesman, if any additional wiring harnesses and components would be needed and he said no, several times.

It worked for a little while but then it went out for some unknown reason

This gave me more functions from the steering wheel.

Bought this in addition to a Pioneer stereo to go in my brother's F150. Seems really simple, but still isnt working.

It's there. The volume control doesn't seem to work every time. But it could be me not touching it right.

I don't get as much control as factory so not convinced this is such a valuable add on.

Works great controlling volume and channel changing. Does not connect steering wheel phone controls for new audio systems.

the product itself is good. For some reason wouldnt connect to my hyundai

My kit does not power the unit on and off. My vehicle is 13 years old - not sure if this plays a part.

I was a little irritated that I had to buy this in order for my steering wheel controls to work. Seems a little silly

This was a difficult install and had many issues with it being programmed

Best Buy car installation service is awesome! They did a clean install of Carplay. I wish I have more cars for Best Buy to install carplays on!

I only bought this product because I had to for the install.

Followed instructions to a tee. Had to splice in wires to vehicle harnesses of front and rear speakers which was confusing. Head unit would not work due to error messages. Flashing the control module was also a hassle.

Wouldn't work in my truck. Not the manufactures problem. Truck issue.

When this unit worked, it was quite convenient. Unfortunately, it was very inconsistent. Sometimes the volume buttons would work and sometimes they wouldn't. Sometimes, a single volume button press would send the volume sky-rocketing in one direction or another.

Wasn't able to get the software uploaded to interface!
