I've used this with 2 different stereos and have the same issues. The volume control will just change to station control and won't go back unless I turn of the car. The controls also change so that both of my volume controls turn the volume louder.

Yes it works but it doesn't work all the time. We got it to activate our dormant steering wheel controls but honestly if you had to do over again we would not have bought this.

Never have I encountered so many complications, I have exchanged, returned recommend parts that later was "wrong" but for $100... Wost experience ever! Oh, 4 returns no money credited to bank 14 days later.

The product gave me trouble from the beginning by shuffling around the gps location on the scree corrupting the communication between stereo and cellphones signal. Please don’t buy it for any Toyota 2018 and plus

IDK why it takes some maestro unit to have an extra volume control on my steering wheel but it didn't work like they advertise so we had to pull it out and get refunded for it as we also try'd another one which didn't work either. IDK if that was a programming issue with the units or the device but we try'd a lot of ways not reaching any solutions

To make matters a little worse it will take at least a month to get the correct software in. I will also have to call to see if they got it and can install it. I'll bite my tongue till then. (If they do get the right stuff then all will be forgiven. Technology is not easy.) And it is not the technician's fault, by the way. My "no" recommendation is germane only to my car and cd player.

Maestro usually makes good stuff (even though it is overpriced for what it does), but their wiring diagram and layout was not at all correct, causing big delays in searching for the right info during installation. They need to send the proper info with their units.

This equipment is not doing what it's supposed to do, it can't sync with the right buttons, I took the vehicle back to get it fixed and the tech told me that he came accros the same problem with another suv similar to mine, I'm changing stations with the volume button and lowering the volume with the change station button. I am not satisfied, but it's better than not being able to control the volume with the steering wheel
