    I paid for this one, but the installer said he hasn't been able to get this type to work for 3 months. He installed some other type that worked.

    Is was installed and removed, returned back to Best Buy. It could not integrate with the current system.

    When I press volume up, the volume goes down. It doesn't work more times than it does.

    Only the volume button worked after installation by the Geek Squad. I had the whole unit removed.

    Works great. Was able to program my buttons to function the way i wanted them to. Was told best buy needed to install only.
