This interface is needed if you want to keep your steering wheel controls when installing an after-market Apple Car Play stereo. I only wish I had known when I bought the interface that it doesn’t support advanced offered in my Pioneer unit such as instrumentation. It works well, just doesn’t allow me to use all of the bells and whistles.

Keep your hands on the wheel! This product allows you to use your steering wheel radio controls. Works without failure. Love that this was an item that was available for my car. You would never know you had an aftermarket radio installed with this product allowing you to continue to use your steering wheel controls.

I needed it for my car! Love the fact I got a new radio put in and I could use my steering wheel controls with this add on. The first radio I wanted the steering wheel controls wouldn’t work and there was no port for the steering wheel control to connect too so I had to return the radio.

This was needed to switch an alpine head unit in a 2011 honda CR-V to a pioneer head unit. It was previously installed with the alpine and worked fine, but a new one was needed for the pioneer. it also works fine.

This steering wheel interface works well the controls on the steering wheel. The one I had previously in my vehicle was not working well so I received this one and it works perfect. I've had no issues with this one so far!

Does what it says it is supposed to. It interfaces between the steering wheel of my subaru forrester and a panasonic stereo

I debated whether to spend the extra money to retain the steering wheel control on my 2006 Solara when I had a Kenwood unit installed. Glad I did. It is really nice to be able to change the volume and/or channel without having to look over at the stereo itself. Convenient and safe!!!!

everything works on my steering wheel control. I have a 2011 lancer and it works just as the original stereo. Volume controls, search controls, mode, answer and hang up calls. And i wasn't even sure it was going to work, i wanted to get a more expensive control, but the one i got works just fine.

I am glad I purchased this before installation. I love the ease and convenience of controls on my steering wheel. I would have been lost having a new head unit installed and not have my steering wheel controls to go with it. Very simple to program from home by myself before having everything installed.

I bought this as an add on to my Kenwood DDX8705S deck in my Toyota FJ Cruiser. Works great, and integrated seamlessly with my stock controls. Also nice to have hands free calling option, and the microphone quality seems good as well according to those with whom i chat with.

All my steering wheel controls work just as before. No unnecessary features straight to the point.

Its easy to use and has everything I need. It has clear viewing of the camera. I love the GPS through my phone that syncs though the car that provides updated information. The sound is great and all the features are great as well!

Great product if you know what you’re doing. Zero problems so far.

There’s nothing to complain about. The steeeing wheel controls help me control volume and secondarily it can cycle through channel or programs. I think it’s worth it as reaching for the radio does tempt you to look at the radio to press the right button or turn the dial.
