Terrible xPress keypad remote control

BUT the xPress keypad remote controller stopped working and Sonance claims there is nothing they can do. They have blamed both Apple and SONOS saying their recent updates broke the remote. These speakers cost too much money do not have a working remote control. I will update this review if they ever fix the problem.

This issue has now been resolved with a new firmware update that we just released.
