Needed extra copy.

The real time exploit protection is the most problem keeping the setting active. If used on one computer, there was usually not a problem. But when used on several computers, it has problems keeping the settings active.

Slowed down my computer

No disc & website did not have a download process

I had to call the 800# more than once to get help downloading. And that website did not let me put my key#'s in. Was a mess. I'm still not sure if I have the coverage I paid for?!! They should have put a disc or chip in box to download with key# if already paid for. I will never buy a empty box again !! I should have been told before I paid.
