Bob Marley was a reggae superstar who crossed over into the mainstream. Kevin MacDonald's film explores his life in an honest way that lets you see the man behind the legend. The movie itself is great. The bonus disc in this Best Buy exclusive version features a couple of live performances (on DVD, not in high-def), but I wish there was something more substantial (interviews, behind the scenes footage, etc.)

Thanks Best Buy for issuing this exclusive blu-ray with bonus concert disc. I had been on the fence about purchasing the single disc since Id seen the documentary many times, but the additional concert disc prompted me to pull the trigger. The ridiculously low sale price helped as well.

I have many different Bob's videos. This doc might have said one or two things that I have heard before, but this one in particular seems to me a little refresh from others that I have seen. I am not saying that the other docs are bad. I enjoyed a lot the other ones. But at the same time, I can say this new doc is fresh and not a bad purchase at all. Buy it and enjoy it. Good extra features as well.

I hadn't heard about this before till i saw it in the sales bin. I had always liked Bob Marley so it was worth a pickup just to see. Turned out to be a great blind buy for a well made film on a reggae legend.

This best buy exclusive edition I obtained comes with a bonus live dvd of a few tracks from the seventies. Really cool. Blu ray documentary is great. Check it out great price in stores treasure bin right now

The Legend. More than just his widely popular album title, this documentary covers Marley's childhood and rise to stardom filled with interviews, concert footage and more. Price was more than perfect for this inspiring documentary.

The life of of Bob Marley was short, but this film conveys its' richness and wonder. Amazing man. The Best Buy exclusive second disk was greatly appreciated.

I bought this on a whim, because I really enjoy Bob Marley and his music. I was pleasantly surprised at how much detailed information was provided about his entire life and how he rose to be such an international star. Worth the money.

One of the best documentaries that I have seen. Excellent sound track. I just wished the bonus disk (Best Buy exclusive) was a blu-ray instead of a DVD.
