Went in hesitant after all the bugs and animation errors but I must say its a really fun game once you get into it I haven't stopped playing since I put it in a couple days ago!

If you are a fan of the original trilogy then this game might come as a bit of a disappointment. It's a decent game with it's high points but never fully pulls you in the way the original did. The Multiplayer however is just like ME3 and if you were a fan of that then you will enjoy it here too with it's minor tweaks and improvements.

MEA has been planned by critics by it's funny and awkward animations and filler side missions and rightfully so. It's a game filled to the brim with potential but it never really does anything with it. It's beautiful, especially on a 4K/HDR TV and PS4 Pro. The combat system is engaging. The lack of a proper cover system is disappointing and the contextual cover system it does implement is lacking and you as the player never truly feel as if you have control over the character when going into cover and that it no good. If you're going to take control away from the player then make sure the system you have in place is fulfilling. Having said that, the boost abilities feel as if the game wasn't meant to be a cover shooter but a game where you run, gun and traverse in order to get the edge on enemies. MEA feels like the OG ME insomuch that it's full of jank and the sequel to will most definitely​ be much better.

I have been waiting for this game forever and I couldn't be more pleased. Fantastic graphics, involved gameplay, immersive open world, not sure you could ask for anything else.

Fun gameplay, Beautiful graphics, and an engaging story

I bought this game having never played the first, second, or third one and was able to Jump Right In and start playing it. Graphics are nice to look at and gameplay has been fairly smooth it's a little tougher than I thought to kill the enemies but fun. If you're into third person shooters then this is definitely worth trying out.

The story line is clutch! The gameplay and graphics are good (especially now that Bioware has issued patches). The character design options are very diverse and extensive.

It's a good game, but has a lot of bugs out of the box. Most are addressed with patch 1.05, but they are still annoying. The story is decent, and I like a couple of my team member NPCs, but I feel like they have missed a great opportunity with this game. I found myself getting bored with some of the side quests. I expected more.

Deep story, lots of content, and refined gameplay!

After watching YouTube I've seen a lot of bad reviews of this game I have yet to see anything that is completely game breaking just about the normal type of bug you would find in a shooting gameRPG elements of the game is slacking a little bit I wish it was more in depth and involved in the story after playing the last three games the combat in this game is great I don't have much time to play video games anymore since having a family this game is a great game to pick up and put down as life throws curve balls at you I would definitely recommend this to anybody that likes the genre or bioware games

If you are like me you probably read all the negative reviews about Andromeda. The problem with the media is they are obsessed witht the linear Mass Effect that we are so used to. Believe me when I tell you there is no justification for this to be rated less than 9/10. Its not perfect but its a really good game.

Following up the original mass Effect trilogy was no easy task, and while this game fails to be as groundbreaking as the original series, it nonetheless earns the the name of the series it's in. While the original series focused on a military leader understanding the world that everyone else knew, Andromeda has you as an explorer seeing new wonders for the first time. The change in tone has changed my playstyle and made a new experience that I really enjoy. Some elements of the game's design are questionable, if not straight out underwhelming or lacking. The camera during conversation is infuriating and the cinematics of traveling between systems and planets is just boring. But those are small blemishes on an otherwise fun and compelling game that's kept me fully engaged since I've started. I couldn't recommend this game enough, if you find it on sale between $30-$40 then I say it's a must buy. If you're a huge fan of RPG's, science fiction, or exploration, then full price shouldn't leave you feeling like you've overpaid.

I'm enjoying this game but it leaves a bit to be desired. I was expecting another Mass Effect but it's more generic than the others. Fewer choices to make, fewer new aliens, fewer places to explore. The open world thing is kind of fun but that's about all that's novel. Still, decent game for what it is.

I was a big fan of the previous games. This one is a big disappointment all around. Feels like a different game that they branded as Mass Effect. Character animation is bad. Voice acting is bad. Story has potential if you get past the bad stuff.

RPG in space. Looks amazing in HDR on my 4k oled hdr tv I also purchased at Best Buy. I love this store. Purchase online for in store pickup and it's ready by the time I drive there. The game was also great and about 40-60 hours of gameplay depending on how many side missions you end up doing.

I am a long time mass effect fan and had high hopes for this game. Sadly the game lacks polish. The animations are poor, there is texture pop ins, and playing on a sony 4k with HDR 10, graphically I expected a lot more. After playing Horizon Zero Dawn, this looks like a previous gen game. I bought 2 copies of the game (one for my son in college), the guide, novel and art book. I returned all of it except the games because they were opened. On the plus side, the Nomad is fun to drive, theres a lot of mix n matching you can do for your class and the combat is fun. Hopefully they patch the issues, but it wont wash the initial stink off. I compare it to stepping in d00d00. You can wash it off with a hose, but a few bits are still in the grooves of your show so the odor lingers.

All the same great things! Ships, Tech, Aliens, and Weapons! The great game continues in this whole new storyline! A must to own and play!

This game is pretty good. The story was decent and the gameplay was decent. The graphics were nice looking. Personally, I liked the other Mass Effect games more than this one in particular. I’m not particularly fond of this game, but it’s pretty good nonetheless.

Awesome gameplay and voice acting. The scope of the worlds are huge. Some glitches here and there but it doesn't detract from the fun.
