Far and away the top show! Can't say enough about how good of a production this has been, I bought every season for my Mom and she continues to view, wondering how PBS will replace on Sunday night slot

The series is out despite PBS still showing the episodes, and I wanted to watch the rest of the season before it ends on television. I wasn't disappointed, and the series is still as good as it was in season 1.

Downton Abbey does not disappoint its fans in season 5. A must buy if you are a fan of the show. The only thing you will be disappointed in is the fact that you're gonna have to wait another year for season 6!

If you have watched the first four seasons, you will love the fifth season as well. Can't wait to watch the last episode in this series. This is a TV movie series worth your time watching. Enjoyed it.

We love the whole series, but some seasons have been better than others. We felt the series had a hard time in season 4 getting over the loss of some major characters. Fortunately, this season is a great one!

Intrigue remains the same for the bulk of the cast. Some of the minor characters are now becoming more distinctive adding new plot twists to follow into season six which is rumored to be the final Downton.

So much has changed since season one when we hated Mary, felt sorry for Edith and wondered who this snappy grandmother was and what's with the clothing? Now we love them all and want them to stay forever!

This is a must have for diehard fans. It will help help pass the time until next season begins. I like watching it on blue ray disc to help catch what i might haved missed the first time it was broadcast.

We are huge fans of Downton Abbey and this blue ray edition is worth the extra investment. The quality of the picture when using a blue ray player makes this series come alive.

I love Dowton Abby and am sad that it is over. This season gets more into the lives of the downstairs characters. The show is so well rounded. The costumes and attention to detail are superb!

I love this show! Can't wait till the season 6 is available! The writing is wonderful the costumes are outstanding and change with the times. I love how the bring modern technology in to the series.

This is the third year I have purchased the series, we usually miss the first 3 weeks of the current series because it conflicts with football. This is a great way to catch up and enjoy the show.

The only thing wrong with this series is that it ends. Compelling on every level, you can't help but identify with every single character. I challenge you to pick just one favorite.

my family has all the series and enjoy them. patiently waiting for the next series to be issued excellent acting and story line remarkable how the story line fits the historical time line

If you like period pieces you will love this series. All 5 years were great. Watched them all in two weeks and looking forward to Season 6. Too bad that this will be their last year.

I have been a fan of this show ever since it premiered. I sat and watched the entire season in one sitting. I wish they made more episodes than the usual 10-12. It goes by so fast.

I enjoyed watching Season 5 Downtown Abbey BEFORE the season was finished and all at once. It was very well done by both cast and writers. Look forward to hopefully at 6th season!

Luv all the actors & actresses on there. The English series are always very well written and different. The storyline is good too

Started slow, but caught up. Sad to see the dog Isis pass away. Too bad that can't happen to the killers calling themselves isis

Great period piece regarding the English gentry in the 1920s. Well acted. Some might find it a bit soap opera-ish. Love Maggie Smith's character - she gets the best lines!
