1st new washer in 18 years.

Installed by best buy, only concern is the drain hose bangs when draining. Not sure if this install or quality defect.

Damaged machine delivered

We have called for an exchange which was supposed to arrive last Monday, but didn't because warehouse evidently didn't have it. We were not informed, and I had to call to see about when we should get one. Now they are saying we'll get one Sunday, we'll see.......

New Washer

He demonstrated how it works before he left. The washer worked great when I used it yesterday. I appreciate Best Buy standing behind the merchandise they sale and have been very helpful to me. Thank You!
