I actually bought this as a washer dryer set and had to get the pedestals! Soooo worth the extra money! This washer is amazing and efficient. I wash clothes 1-2 times a week and haven’t had not 1 complaint yet!

Everything went well with the delivery of the washer / dryer and the installation of both units. The team had to come out three other timed because they kept bring out the wrong stacker brackets

We just got this washer to replace the one we purchased from Best Buy 2 weeks ago. The difference is day and night. This washer cleans very well. Even very heavily soiled items.

Wish cycles were shorter. Quick wash is to quick and normal is 2 hours

The front door lock stopper working. Now my washing machine displays "add garment" message at all time, and wont wash clothes. The 10 year warranty sticker on the machine is misleading (beware). the actual warranty is only 12 months. I spent over an hour on hold trying to reach someone to troubleshoot my issue, only to have the support person tell me to call back in the morning... i have spent at least 2 hours on hold today (currently on hold while typing) trying to get help with the issue. I never write reviews ever, this is a first for me. Maytag is a name I thought i could trust being an American company. I will never recommend buying a Maytag Washing machine. I expected more...

I Love my washer , Its more easy to take in and out the clothse every load, this is my first front load washer , and Its much better than the up loads, i like Maytag products.

Replace the old Maytag with this new model. Works great

My old Maytag dryer stop working after 25 years. So we buy a new pair -washer and dryer- this dryer is so nice and quiet, and very easy to use. I am very happy with my purchase.

I really have enjoyed the Maytag washer. I noticed that this model does not have the interior drum light which I miss dearly. Hopefully the future new models will have that feature. I also wish that this washer had the orange led display like my older model had. This display is a white led and it's hard to see the numbers. Maytag has always been a great product that last longer than a Samsung or LG washer/dryer product. Very pleased with my purchase for my mom.

I absolutely love this washer. It cleans very well. It is so modern and sleek looking. Be aware that HE washers tend to make a lot of noise. Ours is in the garage so it's not an issue.

Runs well, cleans good. Only complaint is the accessibility of the filter. You have to remove the back, top and front panel to even access it. Its a pain.

This washer spins clothes super dry and is very quiet. The fresh hold feature is a plus- no more stinky clothes when left overnight. My only concern is the absence of a pump filter.

Less wear and tear on clothes. Surprised on the number of sensors that are used to wash a load of clothes. Would have preferred the use of more water during wash and less time for some cycles.

Great washer will let you know when needs to be cleaned out which is a good thing. It has different codes to know read pamphlet

So far it's great and really easy to use, and the price was right in my buget.

Installed by their “genius” technicians. They were late because of a truck breakdown. They appeared to be stressed and angry because of their truck issues. I had a pedestal from my previous Maytag washer, but they refused to use it. They wouldn’t give me 2 minutes to clean the floor where the previous washer had sat after it was moved. Instead they spilled water all over into the dust and made a mess which they promptly covered up with the new washer. They set it on top of a hanger making it not level. No warranty information left with me, and no information on how to start the washer. I should have purchased from an appliance specialist. I only bought a new one because my old Maytag needed repair, but with covid I wanted to limit my exposure to people. I had to hire an appliance technician to come in and set my washer on top of my Maytag pedestal and make sure it was level. Then show me how this one functions, as it’s very different from my 2012 model. If only there was the normal paperwork that comes with any other washer......in future I’ll stick with an actual appliance center for those needs.

This washer has all the features I need; lots of capacity, energy star, and quiet. It’s made in the USA!
