Like the companion dryer, the press and hold start procedure could be improved. That's the one thing I miss from my old washer. Otherwise, this one is better than the Whirlpool Duet I had previously.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Of the 19 months I have owned this washing machine it has been broken for going on 2 months, it took a month to get it repaired the first time and is now broken again and getting the right parts/getting it fixed it taking another month with my Geek Squad Protection Plan. That’s 10% downtime for a less than two year old appliance. Luckily I don’t have children. If I had children, I would be completely losing it. If you do buy one of these, be prepared to spend 3 seconds holding your finger on the start button every time you want to start a load. The same applies to the drier. I have never been so unhappy with an appliance,
