I had it replaced second day after I got it because of the noise coming from it when it is spinning and draining. The replacement was no different, I came to realize that the first one was probably okay and not broken and that the machine is just terribly noisy. It is by no means better than any of my front load duet whirlpool; I wanted to try something different but I will be going back to whirlpool.

All three times they didnt get there for a month each time. Its been down more than working. Leaks water all over and now we have damaged floors in our home. They dont want to hear about it and the manufacture took over an hour to answer the phone then told us sorry. Nothing good to say about the service or the unit. Its been a nightmare moving this and cleaning up the water on each of the three occassions and then nobody showes for weeks

Other than that it seems to perform ok.
