I love this washer. Not only does it look good, it is quiet, does not dance when it spins, and cleans clothes beautifully. I love this Maytag.

This washer is all it is advertised to be. It is quiet and efficient. Still learning the ins and outs but, very satisfied with product thus far.

Previously I had a Whirlpool that had a Fan Fresh feature that was SO much better than this 16 hour hold. I could pause, get my clothes out I wanted to throw in dryer and then turn back on. I can't do with this washer. I have to be committed to hang ALL my many clothes that I don't dry. I also don't like how you can change the features on the cycles and then it remembers the last one. What is the original setting and what should I have it at? Delicate cycle leaves your clothes sopping wet and I've already had it give me error messages multiple times and I only have had for a little over 6 months.

I love the product and it is very quiet compared to our last washer. When it is over washing it continue me to stay in and turn the clothes occasionally until you turn the machine off. This is great if you start a load before work, you don’t have to worry about your clothes smelling.

Not all that quiet during cleaning. Valves opening and pump etc are quite a bit louder than our old unit. Spin is pretty quiet which is the most important. Our old LG started very quiet but soon became aircraft carrier plane launch loud after just a few years... Hoping this one will hold up better. Load size it handles seems better than the old unit... It was rated similar size but made a lot of knocking if you made fairly normal loads. This one's been better (first couple loads were kinda noisy with knocking but in my experience that's shocks etc breaking in... After a couple loads no more knocking for the Maytag). Prices are higher across the board for appliances now... Pre covid this would seem a bit overpriced for what it is, but as things are now it's ok.

I have consistently owned Maytags since I was a kid at home with my parents. While the quality is not as good as it was then, this machine looks like a solid performer. The large capacity allows you to fit large comforters or multiple kids clothes and they come out clean.

Love the look. Very modern and stylish, but there are just some little things that I'm not totally happy with. It may just be the unit I received but the fabric softener cup doesn't always empty. The cycle lock remains locked even after the cycle ends and you've moved clothes to the dryer. (You have to unlock it before you can run a new cycle.) The dial on the front that you use to choose your cycle is very cheap looking. Could definitely be more attractive to fit with the rest of the unit. Cleaning wise, it's been just great. It does tend to make more noise than the 15-year old LG washer that it replaced, but nothing too irritating.

My salesperson ordered 2 washing machines instead of a washer and a dryer. When they came to install the washer, the installer was not aware of how to level the machine and blamed it on my floor. After demonstrating with my level that the floor wasn't to blame; I, then, had to tell him how to level the unit. Very unprofessional. When another installer came for the dryer, he stated that he couldn't level the dryer to the washer. "Someone else has to come out"; completely unacceptable. Also, he said we failed to purchase the device that allows for steam in the dryer; which upon further investigation, was supposed to come with the dryer. Eventually, the store did make it right, but it was a frustrating process.

Love this washer- with the steam option as well as all the settings makes washing easy- and the large capacity cuts down on loads we do weekly.

I have only had this machine about a week, but I am very pleased with how my clothes are cleaned. The one thing I wish was different is the length of time required for cycle completion- but if it was a shorter length of time, I might not be so pleased with the cleaning job! The cycle signal is also very low that I don't hear it if I am not in the room with the unit. This unit is not WI-fi enabled which could mitigate the issue.

So this is a good washer and we chose the steam option as it was only a few bucks more than the original.
One thing I am a little confused about is where the water asteroid water pump filter is though.
Usually you have an access point so you can fish out any coins, hair bands, etc etc which may get stuck in the pump but there doesn’t seem to be anything like that on the front of this machine. Wondering if it had one at all or how much of a job it will be to fix a broken pump if it ever does break!
